After our excursion around the bay at Paradise Beach and over into the main town of Hillsborough on Carriacou here in the CARIBBEAN, our next day leads us to the reef that protects Sandy Island. It was a shallow dive at around 30 feet average, but the amount of pristine and beautifully colored coral was a great treat! The video is long but there were so many great scenes from the dive I didn't want to cut anymore out... Set to some relaxed meditative type music to further your enjoyment! I knew some of you would watch all, and some not, but enjoy as much as you like and we'll look forward to your comments on the video! Filmed during the Pomorskie Randez-Vouz 2013 and the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes 2013, the movie about Sunreef 70 ROLEENO, 14th unit of our extremely popular luxury sailing catamaran launched in June 2013. ROLEENO is laid out in a semi-owner version with the galley down in the starboard hull, a spacious saloon on the main deck impressive master suite and 3 guests cabins located in the hulls. A guided tour of the exterior hull of Don and D's Dickerson 41 cruising sailboat 'Southern Cross.' Southern Cross is a 41 foot long, full keel wooden sailboat designed by Ernest Tucker. She was built by Dickerson Boatbuilders in Maryland in 1974, and her hull is made from mahogany strip planks that are glued and nailed together. They are fastened to steam bent white oak frames with bronze fasteners. Southern Cross was used as the 'plug' to create a mold for producing fiberglass versions of the Dickerson 41. She is currently being refit in Oriental, North Carolina by her owners Don and D.
