Levain Bakery Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip Copycat Cookies Prep Time -25 mins Cook Time -10 mins Servings: 8 -12 Ingredients: 1 cup Cold Butter cut into small cubes 1 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Sugar 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Dark Baking Cocoa 1 cup Cake Flour 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon Cornstarch 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 1/3 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 410 degrees. In large bowl, cream together cold butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add cocoa, cake flour, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt and stir until combined. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips. Chill dough for 15 minutes. Separate dough into large balls and place on lightly colored cookie sheet. Lightly press on top of dough to smooth out. If you have a scale, you can make them anywhere from 4.5 ounces - 6 ounces. You will fit 4-6 cookies on one large cookie sheet. The dough makes 8-12 extra large cookies. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Procida è al centro delle isole Flegree e ospita la più grande base charter del area partenopea. Da qui partono la maggior parte delle barche da charter che navigano nel golfo di Napoli. Accompagnati da Domenico Longobardo abbiamo visitato le rade, parlato del parco naturale Regno di Nettuno, visto Corricella, Vivara e mangiato al ristorante di Alfredo, Graziella, il più antico di Corricella. The Vilamoura Sailing first J70 event. A challenge was sent to the Olympic Teams sailing in Vilamoura (over 350 sailors from 68 countries) to sail a 2 days event with our new J70 fleet. Teams need to include 1 coach and a minimum of 1 female sailor. 12 teams accept the challenge and enjoyed the champagne sailing conditions in Vilamoura.

In this episode we travel cross country to check out another Pretorian 35 in monetary California. We had placed a verbal offer on the boat but the seller came back with "As is" So we investigate to see if this girl will be worth our trouble or to keep the search light going. Boat shopping is a stressful and can be an expensive endeavor It is Good to really have a good narrowed down list of blue water capable sailboats boats to investigate.
