This is the third in a trilogy of documentary videos that follow Tilli Antonelli and his team of skilled engineers, as his innovative and daring idea developed from a sketch on a piece of paper to a finished product that almost brought the Monaco Yacht Show to a standstill as crowds of industry professionals flocked to view her. The attraction of the WIDER 150 goes far beyond her eye-catching Italian styling and sumptuously elegant interiors though; this is a yacht that offers solutions that are so ambitious they seem almost impossible. I must say, the beginning of our 236nm sail from Niue to Vava’u - Tonga was a bit of a downer, considering the auto pilot had once again stopped working and this meant we would be hand steering for 2 days. Any old salt would have probably just stayed in Niue until it was fixed, but us kids decided to keep going and sort it out when we got to Tonga. We’d heard nothing but good things​ about the place from fellow sailors and we were super keen on exploring a new destination. On our route to the southeast of the island, we sail to the beautiful but noisy and busy Cala de Portals Vells in the Bay of Palma, Finally we find the hidden and paradisiacal coves that we like so much! On the small islet of Na Guardis, we feel alone in the world. Antes de dejar Sant Elm, cenamos en un buen restaurante y nos bañamos en sus playas, como despedida de este agradable pueblo. En nuestra ruta hacia el sureste de la isla, navegamos hasta la hermosa pero ruidosa y concurrida Cala de Portals Vells en la Bahia de Palma, Finalmente encontramos las calas recónditas y paradisíacas que tanto nos gustan! En el pequeño islote de Na Guardis, nos sentimos solos en el mundo.
