La risposta è sì, grazie al nuovo decreto del Ministero dei Trasporti e delle Infrastrutture datato 2 maggio 2024, che introduce una soluzione agile e pratica per i proprietari di natanti. Cosa Occorre per Navigare in Acque Internazionali Per viaggiare in acque territoriali straniere con il proprio natante, è fondamentale avere a bordo il Certificato di Descrizione Internazionale (CDI), che funge da dichiarazione di possesso e sostituisce il bisogno di un atto notarile. Questo documento è valido fino a 12 miglia dalla costa. Ricordate: per navigare oltre questo limite, il natante deve essere immatricolato e munito di targa di riconoscimento. Il Documento Essenziale per la Navigazione Il CDI deve includere i dati personali del proprietario e tutte le specifiche del natante e del motore, come il codice CE, riportati sulla dichiarazione di potenza dei motori e sulla dichiarazione di conformità del natante. Questo documento deve essere sempre presente a bordo durante la navigazione e va ufficializzato presso lo sportello telematico dell'automobilista. Come Ottenere il Certificato Per ottenere il certificato, è necessario compilare il modulo appropriato, disponibile attraverso il link che troverete in questo articolo su Barca Mania. Dopo averlo compilato, recatevi presso un ufficio ACI per farlo timbrare. Assicuratevi anche di avere con voi il passaporto o un documento d'identità valido, oltre al certificato di conformità e di potenza del motore del natante. Normative e Patenti Nautiche Se il natante ha più di 40 cavalli, è necessario anche essere in possesso di una patente nautica valida. Inoltre, è importante informarsi sulle normative specifiche del paese che si intende visitare, poiché le regole relative alla patente nautica possono variare. Conclusioni La possibilità di navigare all'estero con il proprio natante senza immatricolazione è ora una realtà, grazie a questi nuovi regolamenti. Today out training on the ‘Back Paddock’ in Auckland, the Youth Team who were one-boat training on their AC40 over-cooked it on the exit of a gybe, lost the rudder and then had what can only be described as an epic pitch-pole and resultant capsize. From what looked to be quite an unpromising weather forecast, wind-wise, Saturday in Barcelona actually turned out to be one of the most entertaining and enlightening training sessions that we’ve seen so far in the Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup. Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli and NYYC American Magic were the only two teams on the water and with everyone fighting to sail in the same stretch of water, the inevitable happened and we got a first sight of boats lining up loosely against each other – the rules precluding actual two-boat racing.
