Onderweg laten de we drone even uit en knipt Felia het haar van Ben. Litouwen is enige tijd onderdeel geweest van de Sovjet Unie, maar ontworstelt zich daar succesvol aan. Klaipėda is een prachtige stad en het bezoeken meer dan waard. De kustwacht moet nog een beetje wennen aan de westerse manier van doen en hoewel we er opstandig van worden, spelen we het spel maar gewoon mee. Sundog Sailing celebrating with an awesome Birthday Sail in the Charleston Harbor. Noticed a ONE Pink Hull Containership hailing from Helsinki approaching through the offshore jetties . Wow! We got to surf the 6+ waves that this huge ship throws off as she enters the Harbor from sea. She is truckin' at about 12+ knots in the Harbor and 27+ offshore. Keep clear of this traffic in the busy shipping lanes in the Harbor and esp. in offshore waters. A great sunset over the marsh for a super sailing experience.... Happy birthday sail!
