Wir verbauen keine Technik nur der Technik willen. Die Sunbeam 32.1 wird in drei Kielvarianten angeboten. Entweder mit einen Tiefkiel, einem Kurzkiel und erstmals auch mit einer Kimmkielvariante. Es handelt sich dabei um Torpedokiele wobei die Ruder in der Kimmkielversion über kleine Winglets verfügen, um nicht im Schlamm einzusinken. Somit erschließt sich SUNBEAM YACHTS mit der 32.1 einen ganz neuen Kundenkreis da man in Tidengewässer damit problemlos trockenfallen kann. Die 32.1 wird auch über einen Doppelsteuerstand verfügen. Vorteile: Einerseits der ungehinderte Durchgang in der Mitte und am fixen Cockpittisch vorbei, andererseits der erleichterte Einblick nach vorne in die Segel sowie generell die dadurch verbesserte Übersicht. Instrumente sowie die auch elektrifiziert erhältlichen Winschen sind vom Steuermannssitz aus problemlos und einfach bedienbar. Auch das optionale Bugstrahlruder unterstützt ungeübte Quereinsteiger. Die Bedienbarkeit und die Ergonomie standen beim Cockpitdesign im Vordergrund. So sind Schrägen und Höhe der Rückenlehnen optimal dimensioniert und bieten somit ausreichend Komfort und Schutz. Die Sunbeam 32.1 wird Kategorie B zertifiziert und verfügt somit über eine enorme Kentersicherheit und höhere Stabilitätswerte als reine Binnenyachten. Ideal somit für auch für das ausgedehnte Wochenende am Meer. Die Sunbeam 32.1 wird wahlweise mit einem 8KW Elektromotor mit Li-ion Akkus oder einem Dieselmotor erhältlich sein. Wir haben uns bewusst für die Li-ion Technologie entschieden um die Vorteile des schnelleren Ladens und der höheren Energiedichte auszuschöpfen. Elektrisches Kochen anstatt Gas. Einerseits aus Sicherheitsgründen, andererseits zu Gunsten der wartungsärmeren Handhabung (Gasprüfung). Das elektrisches Induktionsfeld ist optional auch über einen Wechselrichter auf See nutzbar. Ein großzügiger Toilettenraum inklusive Marine-WC und Spiegelschrank mit fix eingebauten Fäkalientank und einer optionale Duschmöglichkeit sind weitere Assets. Zusätzlicher Platz für eine Nespresso Maschine und serienmäßiger Kühlschrank. Erstmals bei Sunbeam werden wir ein komplettes Bussystem verbauen. In enger Abstimmung mit der Firma Mastervolt erarbeiten wir ein intelligentes Gesamtsystem. Durch die smarte Verkabelung entstehen weniger Kontaktpunkte wodurch die Störanfälligkeit weiter reduziert wird. Das ganze System kann via Smart Devices und/oder via App gesteuert werden. Wir nennen das Smart Sunbeam. Es ist die einfache und mühelose Überwachung der wichtigsten Komponenten und Systeme auf der Yacht wodurch sich der Eigner auf die wesentlichen und wichtigen Dinge konzentrieren kann. Egal ob man seine Sunbeam für den unterhaltsamen Abend an Bord oder für den entspannten Wochenendtörn vorbereiten möchte. So kann man etwa bereits vor der Anreise zum Boot den Kühlschrank aktivieren damit dieser beim Eintreffen bereits kalt ist. Mit integrierten Alarmen über die wichtigsten Systemereignisse wird man auf Wunsch via Handy informiert. Etwa über die Aktivierung der Bilgenpumpe oder das Batterielevel und die Batteriereichweite vor Fahrtantritt. Das System arbeitet auch präventiv. Durch Alarme die rechtzeitig über ein niedriges Batterielevel informieren wird eine Tiefenentladung vermieden. Auch das automatische Abschalten der Wasserpumpe, sobald der Tank leer ist, verhindert einen Leerlauf und somit etwaige Folgeschäden. Zudem kann mittels GPS-Signal jederzeit der Standort der Yacht geortet werden, falls diese sich unberechtigt vom Liegeplatz entfernt. Mit WLAN an Bord lässt sich die Sunbeam auch als schwimmendes Homeoffice nutzen. Das Entertainment System, die Ambiente Beleuchtung sowie die Badeplattform lassen sich ganz bequem via App bedienen. Bei den Segeln setzen wir auf Bewährtes aus dem Salzkammergut. Auch bei der Sunbeam 32.1 werden Segel von Doyle/Raudaschl zum Einsatz kommen. Im Standard wird ein Flathead Großsegel und eine Selbstwendefock verwendet. Für das Zweisalingrigg von ZSpars sind optional auch ein komfortabler Rollmast sowie eine Topgenua erhältlich. Der Benefit ist auch hier klar das einfache Handling. Man kann die Segel angeschlagen lassen und mit elektrischen Winschen easy setzen und bergen. Neben der Performance der Segel werden diese auch optisch ansprechend gestaltet werden. Broken bones, broken engine, broken autohelm... we decide to turn back. Thinking we are hitting the ocean again, we don't get very far before our engine conks out on us, the autopilot isn't keeping us on course and Slim is in terrible pain and not able to hand steer. With all these problems we decide we need to turn back. A noite foi ruim pq veio descendo o rio muitos trocos e capins, aqui chamado de barrancos. Foi até engraçado a técnica que usei para me desvencilhar da vegetação, acumulada na quilha. Desatraquei, depois que mergulhei para conferi helice e leme... e deixei o Pedal derivar , com o leme virado. Jogando a popa para boreste. Tranquilo... tudo que estava criando arrasto, preso na quilha, desceu correnteza abaixo quando o barco ficou certinho, contra a correnteza. Quando dei máquina a ré. Depois ao abastecer em um posto flutuante, São Sebastião, fui bem recebido pelo proprietário e convidado a pernoitar, no traves. Obrigado Marcelo! Lembrando que o rio agora está baixo e com a amplitude de maré na casa dos dois metros. Encalhei na lama. Assim que casei os cabos que havia preso no duramente, onde as balsas atração... e com poucos minutos de maré enchendo, meia hora no máximo, Pedal se soltou. Mesmo sabendo que a indelicadeza, na presença dela.. que ela não acharia ruim, qd brinquei com o cmte Iloé, via VHF, reforço novamente o pedido de desculpas. Hope you enjoy! Kayleigh I'm Kayleigh and along with my two dogs Hugo and Coco we will full time on board our 37ft narrowboat Grayswood. After living nearly two years in our self-converted campervan we decided we needed more space. So we decided to purchase a boat after spending some time on our friend’s narrowboat. Grayswood was conveniently located less that 5 minutes from my work and was found kind of by accident. I was visiting a friend who was staying in Aston Marina and whilst we were out walking the dogs, I seen the advert for Grayswood. I said to my friend “that looks a nice boat” and as I said it the marina manager appeared and asked if we would like a look inside. Naturally we did. After looking inside the boat, we made an offer after going back for a second viewing, after some negotiations within a week she was ours pending a survey. She was hauled out the following week and the survey went well. We kept her out on the hard standing for a further six weeks whilst we renovated the insides including fitting a new kitchen and bathroom. In this latest video we sail from Medemblik to the Marker Wadden. An island group created as fish and bird sanctuary. Located in the Markermeer between Hoorn and Lelystad. The Marker Wadden is the newest piece of land that the Netherlands has created. The Dutch have a long history of creating land from the water. Known as polders, this land is normally intended for agricultural or living use. This time it was created to assist nature. On one island people can visit either with day trip ferry service or with their own yacht. A small Marina is available at a reasonable cost of €1.90 per meter per night. Set Sail for a morning adventure on the water on SV Shenanigan, a 50 ft Classic Sailing Yacht! We requested the Wappoo Bridge to open and let us pass through to the beautiful Charleston Harbor. Raise your hands high and let go for a splendid early morning sail!! We raised the main sail, the mizzen sail, and let the headsail fill with the cool January breezes. Plenty of good wind to push Shenanigan ever forward. Best seat in the house is on the bow!
