Nachdem wir uns eine Zeit lang in Martinique von der Atlantiküberquerung erholt und wieder eingelebt hatten, ging es für uns weiter. Wir erreichten Bequia! Nicht nur die Insel selbst, sondern auch die Menschen dort haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir haben uns direkt sehr willkommen gefühlt. Egal ob jung oder alt - die Einheimischen waren extrem freundlich zu uns. Im Gegensatz zuMartinique war diese Insel sehr viel kleiner und wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Es fühlte sich tatsächlich das erste Mal wie Urlaub an! :D Bis das erste kleine Problem mit dem Kühlschrank kam :P Da Andrés Bruder uns besucht und aufgrund der guten und günstigen Flugverbindung nach Martinique fliegt, ging es nach einer Woche zurück nach Martinique und OHHH man, war das ein Törn! Wir wussten es wird nicht ohne, aber dass es gleich so wechselhaft und anstrengend wird, haben wir nicht erwartet. Aber schaut selbst! Vielen Dank für euren Support! Enfin la Floride! Le Sunshine State!!! C'est une petite victoire pour l'équipage de Gratitude d'arriver ici, au bout du continent que nous quitterons bientôt. Nous avons eu droit à un incroyable spectacle de SpaceX et tout ça, juste au-dessus de nos têtes. Être à la bonne place au bon moment. Arrivé à Saint-Augustine, nous avons découvert une superbe ville coloniale espagnole. Et grâce à de sages conseils d'amis, nous nous sommes protégés de l'énorme front froid du nord qui a causé la perte de plusieurs bateaux. Bonne écoute et merci d'être avec nous dans cette aventure ! #92 Je m'excuse de vous partager cet épisode assez tard. Mais enfin, le voilà! Encore, un épisode qui m'émue à travers ces images familiales et les souvenirs qui marqueront nos vies à jamais. Le tout commence alors que nous sommes à Antigua, prêts à recevoir de la visite surprise à l'aréoport: les parents d'Eloi! On leur montre alors notre nouvelle acquisition pour la toute première fois (notre nouveau voilier) et on part vers Cayo Quemado pour leur présenter la famille de Sonia avec qui ont s'amuse comme des fous. Viennent par la suite, les célébrations du temps des fêtes qui seront des plus marquantes. Neste episódio quero mostrar-te como foi cruzar o atlântico. Quando comprei o Winderlust em Barcelona há 1 ano e meio atrás, tinha pouca ou quase nenhuma experiência de vela e há poucas semanas cruzei o Atlântico. Afinal velejar é fácil, ecológico e pode ser barato. Não implica ter nascido numa família rica, fazer mega treinos, ter uma condição física, medalhas ou fazer esforços brutais. O mar é de todos, porque aqui o vento sopra desde sempre e não vai parar tão cedo. Antes de partir também quis escutar com atenção um grupo de antigos marinheiros de Cabo Verde que passaram a vida inteira no mar. E era impossível sair do Mindelo sem mencionar um incrível projecto que resgata animais de rua - a Associação Si Ma Bô. Hello again! In this video we sail to the island of Cabrera, a National Park in the Balearics. We're lucky to get a spot there in high season and start to make our way down from the North of Mallorca. We stop for a night in what could be the best or worst anchorage that we have all to ourselves! And we sail on the next day to Cabrera, where we spend 24 hours. We go for a nice long hike, a good swim and free dive before having to leave. We're so excited about being able to sail again in this one after lots of motoring recently! Thank you to our Patrons!
