After sailing La Paz, Mexico, we head to Costa Rica to sail with friends Nicky and Peter aboard their Beneteau First 50, Resolute. We sail south down the Pacific coast for 8 days to Golfito, before departing to fly back to our boat in Seattle.

We take you through that experience, how we came through it and the lessons we learnt so we hoepfully never have to do that again.... JM collects eggs again and has to face off with Peewee the rooster. After being given treats and locked outside, Peewee charges the barrier and attacks JM. The rooster is returned outside while JM freshens up the nest boxes with new straw. With the end of daylight savings last night, summer has definitely drawn to a close. Recently when we were out filming The Renewable Energy Cup Charity Event, some of the TP52s who were on the harbour for the Pallas Capital Gold Cup Corporate Day, sailed through our fleet so we took the opportunity to capture them in relaxed mode prior to the storm coming in from the north soaking both fleets.

Wooop, we had the most amazing holiday in the Philippines last week, diving at Malapascua Island (with the thresher sharks), Moalboal (with lots of turtles) and Oslob (with 14 whalesharks!!). With lots of pipefish, countless nudibranchs and heaps of other macro critters, it was a stunning trip that we'll never forget!!
