This Jeanneau 54 has been intelligently optioned with significant upgrades to suit the large yacht cruising sailor. The Yanmar engine was chosen in the larger 110hp shaft drive (over the 75Hp saildrive option) and has logged only 30 hours. An inner-forestay was added with a self-tacking headsail in addition to the genoa making the sail plan hugely flexible which is made extremely easy to manage with the in-mast furling mainsail. Sheets and lines are led aft to electric winches just in front of each helm. Bow thruster and auto-pilot have also been installed. Rarely does something so new hit the Australian brokerage market. Hi Everyone, Well,… Our 2012 MINI Roadster (R59) (Manual) stranded us with a broken front left half-shaft axle and CV joint. In this video, I go through replacing the entire half shaft and then, at the end we dig into the broken part to see just why it failed. It is a little disappointing that with less than 25K miles and about five years old it had a failure of this type. At first I thought it was the transmission, but I was happy to find out it was just the axle. The OEM part for this is over $800! Can’t imagine what it would cost to get this done at the dealer… I used an aftermarket OEM equivalent part that I had bought and shipped from AutohausAZ for $80! It fit perfectly and has been great. It is an easy job and doesn’t require any fancy tools. Since the repair involves losing a little bit of transmission fluid, I have a video on changing the fluid coming out very soon. En terminant ce vendredi à la 3e place du Raid Côtier de Nice, Fondation FDJ – Des Pieds et Des Mains a assuré sa victoire dans la 40ème édition du Tour de France à la Voile, et ce avant la Super Finale des Stades Nautiques. Le 40ème Tour de France à la Voile a livré son verdict ce samedi à Nice, avec en apothéose une Super Finale réunissant les huit premiers du classement Général. Déjà assuré de la victoire dans le Tour, l’équipage de Fondation FDJ – Des Pieds et Des Mains a parfaitement joué le jeu en remportant cette manche décisive disputée dans des conditions superbes.
