Replacing all the seals in a Grex P630 23GA headless pinner. Prior to this repair the pinner was just blowing air. The repair kit was purchased through my local Grex supplier: Richelieu. The cost was about $20 Canadian. The whole repair took no longer than about half an hour. No specialty tools were required. I recommend removing the cover plate for clearing jams. It will make aligning the pin ram easier. The big open ocean is intimidating, at times. For Seb, it's scary at all times. But on his journey on Galopin, conquering that fear was part pf his Winded Voyage. Which he did. We also saw whales! And this voyage took us to Gran Canaria to meet friends' of Seb and discover a bit of another of the Canary Islands. Which meant seeing lots of tourists, another naked beach and having dinner with new local friends. Cruising on Seb's Winded Voyage was fun, but at one point we felt it was time to sail on. The solar panels can be quickly and easily tilted and rotated through 360 degrees to track the sun in order to generate more power when required. If you are considering increasing the power generation on board your boat, solar power is the way to go. Solar panels are silent, maintenance free (with no moving parts), relatively cheap and very long lasting, with many panels guaranteed for 25 years. If you are considering installing solar panels yourself then you should watch this video as it may give you some ideas. The 5 steps to install solar panels as outlined in this video are: 1. Decide where to fit the panels 2. Buy the largest panels possible (Based on your budget and the space available) 3. Buy a Charge controller (MPPT charge controllers are far superior to PWM charge controllers, and can be picked up at a reasonable price online) 4. Fit the solar panels 5. PART 1 of a 2 part series - Sailing With A Heart ! You may have heard of the ABANDONED ISLAND DOG called MOOSE! Impi is sailing around the world and New Caledonia has become our most 'returned to country', not only for its beauty and amazing friendships forged, but also largely because of one abandoned island dog called Moose (Mouss). We appealed to our YouTube community to help and this partly financed a Flying Vet called Guy Kane to fly in treat him. The dilemma we now face is to discover when the appropriate time would be to remove Moose from his island and persuade the authorities to allow him to be moved to a land based home. We have debated this issue with some authorities here in New Caledonia and were advised that after numerous attempts to remove Moose from his island - they eventually decided to leave him there because he displayed such an unwillingness to go! Now we have engaged Guy Kane, the flying vet who regularly treats Moose against pain to ask for his opinion. We hope this movie will mean something to you all - Moose certainly is a very unique and special dog and considering his future really is one that tugs on our heartstrings.
