Navigare has the newest fleet in the BVI and as the third largest charter company in the world, we have the ability to offer excellent prices on our yachts and still maintain a close, customer-oriented organization. The return on investment is very good on this Owners Version Lagoon 40, we have made a significant price reduction and an increase in the guaranteed return. The investment in the boat is basically the 20% deposit with the bank, of $98,000. The guaranteed return is $37,585 per year for up to seven years. At the end of the charter term, in this scenario, you will have a loan balance of approximately $244,791 and a residual value in the boat of about $327,048, an equity amount of $82,257. Because the revenue is lower with a three cabin boat, the revenue should cover the mortgage but not throw off additional revenue. That is the financial side in a nutshell. As a bonus, you will be able to sail around the world at one of our 50 locations. Had enough sailing for the year; trade a sailing week for a land holiday in a location such as a Villa in Tuscany or a bungalow on the beach in Thailand. Call Amanda Haley - 954-444-2283 for a proforma on Belle du Jour to be sent to your email.

Absolute SCUBA at Sharm El Sheikh (4K res). Best of Ras Mohammad, Thistlegorm & the Strait of Tiran.
(best seen in 1080p HD) Absolute Scuba INDIA went on a great adventure to monsieur Jacques Cousteau's playground - the STUPENDOUS Sharm El Sheikh ! Ours was a small group of friends and we had an "absolute" ball! Diving with an awesome team, the pristine, almost virginal reefs of Ras Mohammad marine national park, sunken reefs in the Straits of Tiran and the historical Thistlegorm made for madness underwater in terms of visibility, coral and the huge density of colorful reef fish all around. "Sharm" did not disappoint at all and neither did the Red Sea & Egypt, as always. A must-do diving destination. Reach us to know more about our upcoming trip to this wonderous place in June 2020. www.scubaindia.in | info@absolutescuba.in | 997098 3456 , 986000 3456

Following Simon Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/finding_simon/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/findingsimon Website: http://simonstiles.com/ Asking Simon - Who are you? I'm a Canadian photographer from Ottawa who got rid of everything to travel the world. I make vlogs sharing my ups and downs, and my adventures in vans, on motorbikes, and on sailboats. - Who is Champ? Champ is my handsome 14-year-old Labrador, who travelled almost everywhere with me for his whole life. He loves chin scratches, fetching sticks, and scarfing down cheeseburgers and pizza. - What camera equipment do you use? I use a Panasonic FZ2500, a DJI Mavic Pro, a Rode video micro with Deadcat, a Zihyun Crane 3 Axis Gimbal, as well as DIY tripods and lights. - What are your vehicles? I drove a 1992 Dodge Ram B350 camper van all over North America for about two years. Travelling by motorcycle made for some unique trips. I explored the Canadian Maritimes (and deserts and backroads all over the continent) on a 2002 Kawasaki KL250 Super Sherpa dual sport bike, and also rode my 1999 Yamaha V-Star XVS1100 cruiser with a Champion Escort sidecar across my home country twice. From land to water travels: I currently live and work on a 1979 Wharram Oro 47 catamaran. - What are your plans with the boat? I will fix it up, run it on nothing but green electric power, and sail off into the sunset. Stay tuned for the growing build and the adventures to come! - How do you find all these cool places we see in the videos? To gain access to my complete research and the world traveller’s map I curate during my explorations off the beaten path, you need to hit me up on Patreon. Here are a few websites I frequent: https://freecampsites.net/, https://www.campendium.com/, http://www.atlasobscura.com/, https://www.couchsurfing.com/ - How do you afford your lifestyle? I live and travel economical by using free camping and mooring, cooking my own meals, thoroughly researching products and how-to’s online, practicing a DIY approach, and being as efficient as possible with my resources. I've struggled financially for most of my life, and although I'm blessed with helpful friends and family as well as being able-bodied, white and male, I don't subscribe to the belief that you need someone footing your bills in order to pursue your passion. So, I learned that you DO need to sacrifice comfort, consistency, safety, and a traditional career but that it IS possible, worth it, and the only lifestyle that makes me happy. I make my income almost entirely by creating content for YouTube, but it's a tight budget. Ad revenue, business sponsors, affiliate links, Patreon, Paypal donations, and merchandise sales bring in about as much as a part-time job, and I'm able to make that work. When it isn't enough, I go back to regular work such as photography, videography or construction, but that takes the focus away from my own projects. - How does your dog fit into this lifestyle? It's really not as difficult as people seem to think. I spend most of the day with Champ anyways, since we enjoy similar things, like eating food and being outdoors. I let the constraint of bringing my dog with me help me make decisions about where I go and what I do, so I avoid places that ban dogs, and therefore spend more time in nature instead of in cities. - How do you make it work as a digital nomad? My electrical power set-up allows charging my camera and laptop to film and edit almost daily. For Internet access quick and reliable enough to upload my episodes a few at a time, I use coffee shops and libraries. I also use a data package on my phone (10GB), a WiFi antenna, and a WiFi booster.
Sometimes sister luck parks itself right next to your boat and opportunity knocks. We are in Tarrafal on Santiago Island and Dutch schooner Oosterschelde weigh anchor besides us. I'd met the Captain in a few days ago in Mindelo, and as he passed by with his dinghy waved him over. He stopped and was surprised to see me. He thought I was a bar sailor. I asked him if we could visit his boat, and thats what we did . We later visited Sub Saharan Africa's oldest town, Side Velha with Carlos and friends. We take stroll down Run Banana, the oldest European street in tropical Africa. It's a historic episode by going aboard & beyond. Some say it’s The Best Sailing Channel on YouTube! Life and Death Matters in the Caribbean | 94 | Beau and Brandy Sailing Our time alone has come to an end. When we are exploring each new island, we learn something different every time. As travelers, we try to stay open to hear the different cultures and traditions. You can never understand where someone is coming from, until you hear their story first hand. A lot of things we don’t agree with, but we have a different perspective than those that have grown up with a different culture. We are completely moved 99% of the time by the kindness and beauty of the island way of life. We sail around to Bequia and do a lot of exploring. First, we start at the old fort. Second, we visit the turtle nursery. Third, we visit the whaling museum and just by chance our tour guide has a direct connection with the whaling tradition. Then we do a bit of free diving to see what's surrounding the bay. Hope you enjoy the video. #sailingsaoirse #sailingthecaribbean #bequiatraditions big love, beau, brandy, and our salty dog, oona ____________________________________________________________________ Like what you see and want to pitch in for our next video 🎥 upload: http://bit.ly/one-time-donation-bb Want even MORE? This footage was filmed in May of 2018 when it was just my son Brenden and myself onboard.. this was our last sail through the Eastern Caribbean as we were documenting all the hurricane recovery progress at all the islands that were destroyed by Hurricanes IRMA and MARIA. Along the way amidst all the destruction we had the most perfect day of sailing on our route from Antigua to St Martin, so I set up the camera and microphone and captured some of the essence of an amazing day of boat life at sea for you.. so sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of a Sailing ASMR and slip away on the sea with us! :) Cheers, Captain Rick For more real-time updates, follow us on Instagram at: http://www.instagram.com/SailingSophisticatedLady SSL Video Collections on Vimeo! https://vimeo.com/ambientreallife/vod_pages

Is this the DR or Thailand? That's what we kept asking ourselves as we cruised the north coast to Ocean Wall. We also got to race a TS42 Marsdon Composites catamaran. Who will win? Watch to find out! POSTING DAILY ON SOCIAL: https://www.instagram.com/the_sailing_family/ https://www.facebook.com/the-sailing-family-voyage/ Welcome to Samana. ----------------- ABOUT US: Welcome aboard. We are a family of five sailing around the world on our "dream boat," a performance catamaran named "Archer." Ten years ago, before kids, we sailed a Lagoon 380 named "Honeymoon" halfway around the world to Sydney, Australia. Along the way we shared our experiences with family and friends via YouTube, and by happenstance created one of the first sailing channels. But more than anything, we realized what an incredible experience that first trip was and that someday we wanted to do it again, only this time with kids. We want to share with them the importance of taking time to be with family. To show them a world outside of the one they grew up in. We want them to appreciate how lucky we are to experience (and to care for) the natural beauty of this world. But mostly we want to spend time with our kids during these formative years and create lasting memories as a family. That's why we are sharing our videos weekly - thanks for watching! OUR BOAT is a Ferrari red Outremer 51 performance cruising catamaran. We chose this boat as it has been specifically designed for the purpose of bluewater sailing. It was designed and built to withstand the stress of sailing multiple times around the world safely and in comfort. It's also a speed demon, which is important when you want to cover large distances of water before the weather changes. Lastly, it's backed by the manufacturer with outstanding customer service and aftermarket support, so we believe she will hold her value well. And, she's nice on the eyes too. OUR ROUTE has taken us from the Boston/Cape Cod area of the United States down to the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal and to French Polynesia. We had a mooring break on us in Bora Bora, and after a lengthy repair we are now in New Zealand. We hoped to sail to Southeast Asia in 2020, but now all plans are up in the air. PLEASE COMMENT!: As a "family channel," we are required to actively monitor all comments, but we still want to hear from you. Tell us what you think! THANKS for watching all. 74-year-old Tony Curphey took the time to tell us all about his 308-day journey on the Longue Route 2018! He is one of only three sailors to have completed it without stopping. An adventure as incredible as the sailor himself! It was a privilege to meet with him aboard his precious Nicholson (‘Nicky’) 32 at the Southampton Boat Show. This is for all our fans who complained politely that I'd cut the sound of the Alec Macpherson's beautiful bagpipes from the our 1968 Swordsman 33ft video. Well complain no more here it is from beginning to end and please sit back and enjoy. And a warning for all other viewers - there are no boat's in this video so please don't complain about that. We don't care if you're a moaner or a remainer, just keep watching the most watched classic boat channel in the world. Please share and subscribe. As always copyright MCB and music Dave and Pip.

Core Sound 20 'Dawn Patrol' starts her fifth Everglades Challenge and tries to stay ahead of the EC-22 which was chartered. This year the event was prematurely cancelled by the CG. Some still went on to have a vacation down the coast. The start of the race in 2015 featured some rough conditions and a few boats capsized. Reports of capsized boats in Tampa bay prompted a CG response and when they saw the magnitude of boats in the bay and more than a handful seemed to be struggling they realized there was an event taking place and told us to cancel the event. Before this year, a permit for the event was not thought to be needed but afterward the CG have asked us to get a permit. The only conditions of the permit thus far have been that we do not launch if there is a small craft advisory for the area and that we have a certain number of support boats in the water at the start to help anyone who may flip in the navigation channel (a major channel). Both very reasonable. I would classify the CG feeling toward the water-tribe in general as "very positive". We like the CG and they like us because we are in general a very prepared and skilled group.
Sailing the Mosquito Trimaran in the 2014 Everglades Challenge. Alan Stewart (SOS) and Jake Kohl (PopTarps). Boat designed by B&B Yacht Designs. Here are some construction pictures: https://goo.gl/photos/YeKPyc6cBcrx74YQ9 Here she was at the start of the 2014 race https://photos.app.goo.gl/2A7rXJxNFiaRQM9y5 AND https://photos.app.goo.gl/xiuQJHdNrcFZBYPJ6 She was designed and built by Graham and I at B&B in 2001. She was raced in the 2012 Ultimate Florida challenge but we switched into a 2 person canoe for stage 4 (the rivers and portage). Then she was sailed in the 2014 EC by Jake kohl and myself which is where this video is from. After that she went into my barn where she has remained today. It's a lot of work to set the boat up. She is for sale to anyone with a reasonable offer. Contact B&B Yacht Designs.
