Nous sommes toujours à Mayotte, dans l’attente de nos colis de pièces de rechange pour Javerne. Un coli des États-Unis, et 3 colis de France. Que c’est long cette attente. Entre-temps on installe un tout nouveau chargeur de batteries de 70A, assez compliqué à paramétrer, mais la communauté Facebook a trouvé la solution très rapidement. Tous ces appareils Victron ont maintenant la possibilité de dialoguer entre eux, et se réguler automatiquement. Ensuite le guindeau qui décide de fonctionner au ralenti, j’en profite pour le démonter et le nettoyer et découvrir que le problème vient simplement des charbons. Que je commande dans la foulée en France. Donc du coup on décide d’aller faire un petit tour dans le lagon, et au moment de hisser la grand voile, la drisse cassé, et bloque la GV au milieu du mat. Impossible de la redescendre. Donc il aura fallu pas moins de 5 montée en tête de mat pour passer la nouvelle drisse. On part quand même à la découverte de l’île et de faire le tour du lac Dziani à pied. Une marche éprouvante de… 1h30 sous un soleil de plomb. Travel nurses show up in Loreto to learn to mermaid. It's a lot harder then it looks! The mermaid tails were designed for kids, and half the time their feet would fall out of the small fin pocket, creating a houdini drowning escape situation! It's not easy swimming without a mask, it took some practice to look natural underwater while having no idea what you're looking at! Abby was fantastic crew on Volare, the sailboat visible in the distance.
