Unsere hochqualifizierten Ärzte, die im Segelsport zuhause sind, führen mit vielen praktischen Übungen durch das Programm. Welcome to my new home! This is a tour of my secondhand narrowboat, right at the beginning of our life together. This is the first time onboard after buying my narrowboat, Ganymede, yesterday. I've made no alterations yet and have only brought a few bits onboard so far (brew kit!). I have no posh camera equipment and I'm doing everything on my phone at the mo, so apologies for the shaky footage!

So the first job on narrowboat Ganymede was to set up the Thetford cassette toilet! Ganymede originally had a pump out toilet, but this was removed by the previous owners. They then left me this new Thetford, taking their old one with them. I know the principle but have never set one up before. Should be easy right?

Of course we are always on the lookout for an inspiring mix and we think we've found a pretty good one. The Mango Black Pepper Gin and Tonic, created by the owners of Bar One, the floating bar on the island of Bequia. Bequia is a very unique place and absolutely worth visiting. Bequia means "island of the clouds" in the ancient Arawak. We try to keep things simple around here. We liked this one because the few ingredients required are pretty easy to come by. IF you can manage- use real, fresh mango's instead of pasturized juice. It makes a huge difference. You could even freeze and blend- just be sure to stir well before topping off with your tonic. Hot Air Balloon views from a stunning traditional Turkish terrace, Exploring ancient underground cities and learning to snowboard at what could be the worlds cheapest ski resort, Located at Mount Erciyes, Turkey! We just couldn't get enough of the hot air balloon views each morning in Cappadocia so we watched them one last time before heading to check out a famous underground city called Kaymakli Underground city, which is one of many discovered and undiscovered underground cities. This place was super interesting to learn about. Then we were off to spend a few days learning to Snow board at the near by Mountain, Mount Erciyes. It was extremely cheap to hire all the gear including pants and jackets and also the lift passes, we think this could be the cheapest place to ski and snowboard in the world?!
