Das Gewicht eines Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil lässt sich mit einer kleinen Wage aus dem Caravan Zubehör selber ermitteln. Ein fester, gerader und ebener Untergrund sind eine Voraussetzung dafür. Die Waage muss mittig vor dem Rad oder unter der Deichsel liegen. Wenn man dann noch mindestens zwei Messungen durchführt, dann ist das Ergebnis schon sehr gut. Der Vorteil bei dieser Methode ist, dass jede Radlast einzeln ermittelt wird, was einem mehr Informationen über die Beladung wiedergibt.

The way that you do this is you stop parallel to the position with your boat angled towards the dock. Then use opposing engines to maintain that angle - knowing that the wind will want to turn your bow downwind. Also, the wind wants to push your boat downwind, and so you use the engines to maintain your position parallel to the dock. In this manner, your boat will crab sideways to the wind directly into your dock position. Once in the dock position, spin the boat to align it to the dock and put on the forward bow line 1st. #catamaran #sailing #catamaransailing

Die Reserveteile habe ich alle im Vorfeld besorgt, um unnötige Lieferzeiten zu vermeiden. Mal schauen, ob es dabei bleibt.

We are still struggling with depth issues and excessive weeds both on and below the surface. We managed to get out of the slip for a nice sail after dodging floating and submerged mats of weeds but not without issues. We towed a large patch of weeds out of the harbor. Once we cleared the channel we had to back down to clear the weed patch from the keel and rudder. But we did make it out and had an enjoyable day on the water. We hope you enjoy the video. In this episode, I repair the tilt function on my 2019 Torqeedo 1103C electric outboard. Multiple welds on the tilt lever failed making the outboard difficult to lock in the tilted (up) position. The lever would either fail to lock or get jammed when lowering the outboard. I ordered the replacement part direct from Torqeedo for $21 USD. Installation was easy and only took a few minutes.
