Ne abbiamo passate di tutti i colori con voi, dalle corse al piccolo Livrio, agli addominali o alle flessioni per chi perdeva la partita, alle trasferte soddisfacente o meno,o quando ci ritrovavamo al "bar" del Livrio a giocare con le carte ... Insomma è inutile ricordare tutti i momenti passati insieme perché forse qualche lacrima scenderebbe di sicuro ... Momenti sereni e tristi ma che ci hanno legato sempre di piu' a voi e tra di noi . Abbiamo avuto i tre migliori allenatori che una squadra potesse avere: un splendido trio formata da Gigi, Pavo e Ivan. Tre nomi, tre persone magnifiche, tra persone diverse tra di loro, formati da tante doti , ma con tante esperienza alle spalle, non solo nel campo dello sci ,ma anche nella vita. Come faremo a dimenticarci di voi e più che altro come farete voi a scordarvi di noi??siamo stati e resteremo un bellissimo gruppo anche se due presone mancheranno, perchè quello che abbiamo costruito insieme non si può distruggere ,come sempre le cose belle finiscono, ma un giorno magari ci ritroveremo tutti anche solo per mangiare una pizza. Questo è un piccolo pensiero solo per farvi ricordare i bei momenti che la squadra a passato insieme a voi. Molti di noi piangono ,molti non sanno cosa fare ,ma dobbiamo essere forti e ricordarci che comunque vada, voi avete fatto il tutto per tutto per noi. Un anno di risate, fatica alla fine della stagione quello che abbiamo coltivato l'abbiamo raccolto grazie a voi. I veri valori che ci avete insegnato non li perderemo mai! Grazie di tutto cuore!! Today we left Shroud Cay in The Bahamas to head further south in The Exumas. Our plan is to sail to the south end of Hawksbill Cay, and then motor through a narrow cut that will lead us to Little Cistren Cay where we are planning on spending the next couple of days. The cut ended up having a really strong current flowing, pushing us out with the tide making steering difficult. There were also large rocks and shallow reefs that weren't clearly charted making it hard to know where to go. We decided to turn around and anchor at Hawksbill Cay so we could reevaluate the chart and our options. We had some spare time while waiting for slack tide, so we took the opportunity to explore Hawksbill Cay while we were there. Afterwords when we were ready to head on our way, we found that the key would not work in the ignition due to the saltwater in the cockpit during that awful storm we were in, back in February! Randall got to work and quickly fixed our problem. Off the north coast of Borneo, between Labuan and Kota Kinabalu is Tiga Island, best know as Survivor Island as the first of these TV shows was filmed here a long time ago. Other than 2 small resorts (we did not visit), the island and tiny islets nearby are parts of Sabah Parks. We first explored uninhabited Pulau Kalampanan Besar, a sandy islet, then Pulau Burong, nicknamed Snake Island, a very rocky islet even smaller. We then hiked, on a little maintained trail, from Pagong-Pagong beach to the Volcanic Mud pools on Tiga Island proper. Filmed in September 2018.

I'm in Switzerland for a short time on a photoshoot. I spend the first few days in Grindelwald getting acclimatised before going up to 3500 for a week of glacier skiing. In this video, we sail our catamaran from New Jersey through the Delaware River down to Annapolis, Adrienne gets really seasick, and we install STARLINK permanently on the boat. Along the way, Adrienne cooks her famous lemon chicken parmesan, and we learn that Baltimore really isn't that safe, after all. It's cold, grey, and windy. And as the waves get really big in the Chesapeake Bay, Adrienne gets really unhappy. So unhappy, in fact, that she spends most of the sail trying not to throw up. Even though our engine isn't fixed yet, we are still determined to explore where we are. We sail to a new bay and get straight to work on replacing our old, torn stack pack. We have had the wrong boat name on our boom for three years but never had the money to buy a new one, or the skills to make our own. But a friend gave us their old one to repair and we added our boat name and website on the side so now you'll know it's us when we rock up into the anchorage! We then ventured out onshore to find a magical waterfall, and promptly got lost in the jungle! But eventually we found our way through the palm tree forest into the world of Jurassic Park with pterydactyls flying overhead to really complete the theme!
