In mid-July 2019, Breskell departed the RCYC in St. John's NL, Canada to begin her transit of The Northwest Passage, on the way to Greenland. Here are some short observational videos along the way.

Qeqertarsuaq is the Greenlandic (Kalaallisut) name, Diskoøen is the Danish name, and Disko Island is the anglicized name. Qeqertarsuaq is both the name of the island and the settlement. Godhavn is the Danish name for the settlement.

A dinghy ride from an anchored S/V Breskell to the beach at Mittimatalik, called Pond Inlet by non-locals. Pond Inlet is on the northern edge of Baffin Island and is a popular stopover when transiting the Northwest Passage. Fuel was available but there was no dock. I had to ferry it out in the dinghy.
