Race 7 of the 2018 Frosties Regatta was over before it started for the crew on Go To Red. With light winds on Strangford lough and a heavily biased pin end starting line after there was a big shift in the breeze during the starting sequence Go To Red (Mumm 36 racing yacht) ran into issues after miss judging their time on distance run towards the pin end of the start line. This miscalculation resulted in them being on course side (over the starting line) when the starting gun went. After recrossing the line to restart the race there was little change to catch up with the sprint series format. Once again proving how important it is to start any yacht race well. With seven races of the Frosties over it was all still to play for with only a couple of points separating the top 3 yachts in the overall.

diving with sydney dive charters off the coast of sydney in march 2020 included close encounters with grey nurse sharks and wobbegongs.

We get the maintenance done on 'Town Fox' and then transfer ourselves back onboard for a couple of months of cruising. We spend a couple of weeks in the Hauraki Gulf in Auckland before sailing to Tauranga. Then we leave and sail north visiting Great Mercury and Great Barrier Islands. Dan takes over the video and editing duties and starts making all the music in GarageBand! We are a family of six who are taking some time out of normal life to travel. We’ve pulled the kids from school and are home schooling while on the road and the water. We spend time aboard our 34ft sailing boat in NZ and have bought a motorhome in Europe so as to tour the other side of the world. We’re keeping our memories on video here and the kids write narration and play guitars so we have music to use in the videos.

This is a 50 minute Hatha Yoga session to strengthen the abdominal region and the upper arms. I highly recommend to have 5-10 minutes Shavasana, full resting pose at the end of the session. It will be accessible to most bodies. If one or the other pose doesn't feel right for you, just rest it out or find an alternative pose that feels right for you. You just need a mat and comfortable clothing, maybe a cushion and blanket for your resting poses and perhaps a water, so you can keep hydrated. The body responds well to repeating this session regularly to strengthen those areas in your bodies. You can do this session any time during the day, but its more suitable for the morning and during the day. If you do it in the evening, just have a longer rest afterwards with deep belly breaths and maybe legs up the wall to calm the body again. If you are using essential oils in your practice Peppermint oil is one great for mental alertness and to clear brain fog. Its a nice one to combat afternoon slumps or waking up the in the morning. It also beautifully clears and supports the respiratory system and digestive system. You can apply over belly, along the inside of arms, around your neck. Just don't get it in your eyes.
