We travel from Dunedin up to Christchurch and then drive through the Lewis Pass to Nelson. After a few days we cross on the ferry back to Wellington, driving to Napier and then back to Auckland.

We travel to Queenstown and go hiking, then drive to Lake Te Anau and camp on the lakeside. From here we visit Bluff and then drive though the Catlins and up to Dunedin.

We drive through the mountains to the lakes and go hiking by Mount Cook, visiting Tekapo and Lake Wanaka before going riding on the Otago Rail Trail.

We travel from Picton through the Marlborough Sounds and then visit Nelson. From here we drive out to Farewell Spit and then travel down past the Nelson Lakes and south along the West Coast visiting Punakaiki and the Glaciers.

Lockdown is over and we head to the South Island for a couple of months. On the way we visit National Park in the central North Island and then drive the Forgotten Highway before exploring Wellington and then crossing to Picton on the Ferry.

We hunker down in a family driveway for 8 weeks of Coronavirus lockdown.

We continue south visiting the Kai Iwi Lakes and then going biking at Waihi before heading to Papamoa for the 8 Week New Zealand Covid 19 Coronavirus Lockdown.

We get back into the motorhome and head to the top of NZ via Coromandel Peninsula, then to Cape Reinga before heading south again.

We sail back to Auckland from the Bay of Islands and then pick up our motorhome. We spend another week around the bays in Auckland before emptying the boat and moving back into the motorhome for the rest of the year. We spend some time at Great Barrier and climb Mount Hobson before sailing to the Mokohinau Islands. From here we sail north to the Bay of Islands. Daniel had started recreating this Queen tune in Garageband and learned all the synthesiser chords months ago. Recently due to the lockdown for Covid 19 he pushed on with it and recorded the vocals with his brother and sisters and then had fun videoing daily activities in the most cheesy of music videos while channeling Freddie! (While observing the strict lockdown rules of course)

We get the maintenance done on 'Town Fox' and then transfer ourselves back onboard for a couple of months of cruising. We spend a couple of weeks in the Hauraki Gulf in Auckland before sailing to Tauranga. Then we leave and sail north visiting Great Mercury and Great Barrier Islands. We cross from France to England, then visit Dover and some towns in Kent while prepping our motorhome for shipping back to NZ. We visit friends in Antibes and visit Nice then leave and drive to Puy de Dome to climb the volcano and walk in the snow. We continue north in Italy and visit some more stunning towns including; Orveito, Assisi, Sienna, San Gimignano, Florence and Cinque Terre. We catch the ferry from Greece to Italy and then drive northwards visiting Alberobello, Matera, Pompeii, Monte Cassino and Rome. We continue our journey through Greece, driving around the Peloponnese visiting Monemvasia, Methoni and Vasiliki. We swim with turtles, explore a shipwreck and enjoy some stunning beaches that we have to ourselves in the off season. We then head north to Lefkada and board a ferry to Italy. After some intense negotiations with the Border Control Officers we are allowed to enter Greece. We pass by Thessaloniki and visit amazing Meteora before driving to ancient Delphi. We travel across Serbia in all of three hours and then travel through Romania before crossing into Bulgaria. We visit Bucharest and then make our way to the Greek border crossing.
