Am 27.06.25 legten wir von der kleinen Insel mit 2 Bewohnern ab nach Rhodos. Wir konnten in der wunderschönen Marina Mandraki einen Platz ergattern und waren beeindruckt von der Sehenswürdigkeits-Dichte. Wir legten direkt vor den 3 Windmühlen an, umgeben von Burgen, Aussichtstürmen, Kolossen, alten Mauern und Festungen. Wir schlenderten durch die mittelalterliche Altstadt und gönnten uns dort in einer kleinen Gasse ein tolles Essen. Wir waren ebenso beeindruckt wie überrascht von diesem tollen Flair. Man muss in der Marina vor 8:30 Uhr ablegen oder nach 10:30, da es sonst einen Stau an der engen Einfahrt gibt, mit den vielen Touristenbooten, die auch alle auslaufen ... verrückt. 28.06.25: wir legten also um 8:30 Uhr ab und setzten direkt vor der Marina Segel und segelten fein mit raumen Wind Richtung Lindos 24,6 sm. Wir waren etwas erschrocken, wie touristisch diese Bucht war. Der Strand war eng mit Sonnenschirmen belegt, im Wasser wuselte es und viele kleine Motorbote, Sups und Trretboote kurvten um unsere Furtuna am Anker. Aber die Kulisse mit Blick auf die Akropolis von Lindos gefiel natürlich nicht nur uns. 29.06.25: morgens besuchten wir die Akropolis. Der Aufstieg ist anstrengend und es war heiß. Der Eintritt kostet 20 Euro und wir besichtigten die alten Steine ... die Aussicht von da oben ist natürlich auch Phantastisch. Als wir wieder runter gingen um ca. 9 Uhr kamen uns schon die Scharen entgegen. Wir legten direkt danach ab, weil wir keine weitere Nacht bleiben wollten. Es war sehr unruhig am Ankerplatz mit den vielen Menschen. Die Nacht konnten wir nicht schlafen, weil über der Ankerbucht eine Disco so laute Musik machte, dass sie im Bauch dröhnte. Es war grauenhaft. Wir motorten in die kleien St. Georgs Bay und wollten zurück nach Rhodso Stadt. Aber die Wellen waren so hoch - und wir hatten keinen Platz in der Mandraki Marina bekommen, so drehten wir wieder um und ankerten noch mal eine Nacht in der Bucht von Lindos. Diesmal ohne Disco - die hat nur Freitag und Samstag geöffnet. Es war eine gute Nacht! 30.06.25 Wir legten um 6:22 Uhr ab und mussten heute nun endgültig durch die hohen Wellen motoren. Kaum Wind und die Wellen genau von vorne. 5 Stunden geschaukelt 24,6 sm. Aber um 14 Uhr legten wir happy wieder in der Mandraki Marina an und schlenderten diesmal durch das neue Rhodos. Carlo kaufte ein neue Brille und wir brachten die Wäsche für 8 Euro zu Happy Wash - sehr empfehlenswert! Abends aßen wir wieder im gleichen Lokal. Ich wieder den Mediteranen Salat aus: grüner Salat + Rucola + Salatgurke + Avocado + Mango + Avocado mit Balsamico- Soße. Sehr lecker! Den machen wir seit dem öfter, obwohl die gute Mango 9 Euro kostet ... Das 1. Monat ist rum. Es waren gesamt 404,4 Seemeilen. Von Poros weg 9 Inseln, davon 6 für uns neu. We cross a shallow channel, and tie up to rocks at Syvota. We relax by day, and once it cools off a little we visit town by night. It has a relaxed, holiday vibe to the town and a beautiful outlook for sunset. We leaving our anchor gets caught on another boats chain; we manage to release it then set sail for Corfu island. We spend one day far South, the following at Notos and Kez has her last swim in the Mediterranean. We head for Corfu itself next and anchor just below the Old Town. We wander the streets, take in the atmosphere and get lost amongst the stall and streets.
