We climb to the top of historic Fort Beekenburg for some epic views, snorkel the crystal-clear waters of Tugboat Beach surrounded by curious fish, and go searching for flamingos in the salt flats (spoiler: we found something much more peculiar 😆 ). 🌵🦩 We end our time here with a cozy sailor bonfire on the beach, saying goodbye to the incredible friends we’ve made along the way as we get ready to set sail for Aruba. This week on our family sailing adventure, we go inland to continue exploring the vibrant island of Grenada! Addy movies to the beat on the bus, we swim and jump at the stunning Annandale Waterfall, and spot a cheeky monkey in the trees. In St. George’s, we wander through the colourful spice market, grab some fresh nutmeg, and learn how chocolate is made at the House of Chocolate, with a little taste test, of course! Addy and I visit the gorgeous Tower Estate gardens, and we move our boat to True Blue, where we enjoy sweet land showers, relaxing poolside, and I finally catch up on some video editing. Grenada’s been full of flavour, adventure, and calm moments, and next, we sail to Curaçao!

Sail with us through the U.S. Virging Islands for a week full of epic family adventure! Then the real magic happens. We chase the famous *bioluminescent bay* on the island of Vieques. Our first attempt? Lights, tourists, and disappointment. We island hop through the Caribbean! After crossing the Atlantic Ocean, we reunite with friends in St Lucia, visit an inflatable water park, and enjoy some well-deserved fun. With just a few days to rest, we set sail again—heading toward St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Along the way, we respond to a distress call (that turns out to be a false alarm), and sail past the breathtaking Pitons. In Bequia, we soak in the charm of the colourful streets, sip fresh passion fruit juice, and grab long-awaited coconuts. After giving away our plastic bottles from the crossing, we cool off with a swim and spot an eagle ray before heading to the magical Tobago Cays. There, we snorkel in crystal-clear water, hike above the anchorage, and search for sea turtles. The kids get a sailing lesson on a mini-cat, and we attempt a dinghy ride to a beach we call Rum Island—but Mother Nature had other plans. After exploring iguana-filled rocks and visiting the Pirates of the Caribbean filming site in Wallilabou, we make our way to Martinique for beach days, a floating DJ party, and one unexpected visitor… It’s another wild and wonderful chapter in our floating family adventure.
