La Gomera recèle la plus riche flore endémique d'Europe, dont une forêt primitive de lauriers, des fougères, et autres plantes typiques, grâce à son relief volcanique et son climat particulier d'île de l'Atlantique. L'île est aussi un magnifique terrain de jeu pour qui aime randonner et profiter de points de vue extraordinaires. Les habitants - les Gomeros - ont un langage sifflé : le silbo et nous avons eu la chance de le découvrir grâce à un concert organisé par www.rhizomearts.org. Nous avons profité d'un des rares mouillages possible au sud de l'île, car les reliefs des Canaries créent des conditions de mer peu propice à l'ancrage. L'eau est translucide, les poissons sont partout et en nombre et même des tortues ! Pour le retour vers Tenerife, la houle est dans notre dos : c'est tout de suite beaucoup plus confortable ! ;-)

Suggestions received from owners have enabled Lagoon to produce a boat that is even more welcoming, with a greater level of comfort, and resolutely modern: the result is the Lagoon 400 S2, a nod to its famous predecessors, the Lagoon 410 S2 and 380 S2. Like its predecessors, the Lagoon 400 S2 is designed for coastal or ocean cruises. It can comfortably accommodate 8 with its 3 or 4 double cabins, elegantly fitted, spacious interior, and her cockpit and salon on the same level.

After Tual and BauBau, the BPO participants visited Selayar where once again they were not disappointed by their short stay. Once again, they had a chance to taste great local food and do interesting cultural and natural sightseeing. From a tour of Benteng city to Bitombang with the special old houses … from the turtle conservation and education initiative to the snorkeling & diving at Pasi islands. The group also visited the local jail and a primary school where recycling was taught. We were lucky to be there and invited for the anniversary celebration of the Teratai Passiana Art Club. What a great way to experience the local dancing and music! Linda, our tourism office main guide did a great job coordinating our tours. Episode 32 - Sailing from Fiji to Vanuatu In this episode, we are back out on the open ocean again! This is Sayo, Maria and Aya's first experience of a real ocean passage. I was happy to get back out on the open ocean again. I really enjoyed this passage. Connecting to the rhythm of the ocean. The movement becomes soothing and the vastness of the horizon creates an ideal space for self-reflection and connection. Though I'm not sure Sayo and Maria felt the same way...
