The heat exchangers on our Yanmar engines are a problem. Replacing them is an expensive proposition, but we're not sure if they can be salvaged. In this episode you'll see how challenging it is simply to take them apart, and then we have to consider if it's worth it to even try to rehab them. After all, it's a lot cheaper to buy new heat exchangers now, than destroy our engines completely when the old ones fail. Is it worth even worth trying? ?More about us, our adventures, and how we do all this on our website. More about Roam here ??https://sailingroam.com/our-sailboat/ ? A couple travelers out chasing the horizon, meeting the people, and capturing it to share with you. We've chosen to Roam the world by boat because, let's face it, the most interesting path is rarely a straight line. As we learn to let go of our American drive to finish, and embrace the meandering routes across islands, oceans, continents, and people, we hope to gain a better sense of our world and our place in it. The path won't always be comfortable or easy to find but, it will always #roam Here's an index of the video in case you want to see something specific: 00:00 Intro to project 00:27 Intro to Sailing Roam 00:45 Disassembly of SB heat exchanger 06:57 Round two - Port 11:15 Redneck screw press 13:02 Monster hydraulic press 16:14 How bad is it really? 18:34 Wrap up 18:50 Like, subscribe, see you next time 19:13 End Card ----------------------------------------------------------- #boatlife #catamaran #travelvlog #digitalnomad #lifestyle #sailboats #nautitech #yachtlife #sailingroam #liveaboardlife #cruisinglife #explore #exploretheworld #refit #catamaranrefit © Sailing Roam 2025

2005 Selene 40 Archer, Wahini's Bight One of the challenges with finding a "perfect" trawler is finding one that blends outstanding offshore capabilities, along with one that is also capable of cruising the North American Great Loop with its challenging bridge clearances and shallow sections along the ICW. Wahini's Bite, a 2005 Selene 40 Archer, is a versatile and luxurious trawler designed for extended cruising and entertaining. With its spacious salon, galley, and flybridge, it offers a comfortable living space for both relaxation and socializing. The boat's interior features high-quality finishes, ample storage, and generous accommodations for up to four guests, including a master stateroom with ensuite head and a second guest stateroom. With a heavy, ballasted keel, and Naiad Active fin stabilization, Wahini's Bite is sure to keep you comfortable when the seas become unexpectedly bumpy. The warm and welcoming interior, comfortable arrangements, long range capabilities, shallow draft, protected keel and coveted Naiad Active Fin stabilization all make her a highly suitable vessel for cruising the American Great Loop, and unprotected waters beyond. With sleek lines, impressive range, minimal water and air draft, Wahini's Bite enters the market as a strong example of a Selene 40, Archer. Her current owners reluctantly place her for sale due to circumstance changes and look forward to helping new owners begin their dreams https://bluewatercruisingboats.com

Musica: https://soundcloud.com/winteraid Rimaniamo in contatto: ? www.triosmacandcheese.com Food Truckin' is full of road trips to fun Fairs and Festivals. Fairs that are full of happy people. A captive audience of thousands with money in their pockets and hunger in their stomachs and a craving desire to try out new and fun Food Truck food! We're always parked on a nice grassy field with live music playing on the nearby stage. The other food trucks around us are willing to trade food, and there is always a bunch of fun activities to take part in when the food truck is slow... It's serious hard work, but it's something we love. This video is a taste of last year's Food Truck Summer. This year Covid 19 made Food Truckin' a completely different scenario. Sales were 70% less than last year and that was working much longer hours as we tried to bring in as many dollars as we could to keep us afloat. Let's hope the world can kick this Covid virus out on it's head and we can get back to some sort of normal in 2021. Cheers! Trio www.triotravels.ca
