Over 90 British Sailing Team members have descended on Santander for the ISAF Sailing World Championships with 15 Team Volvo sailors leading the charge. With World Championship titles to be won and the first opportunity for nations to secure spots for Rio 2016, the pressure is on. We caught up with some of Team Volvo sailors ahead of the biggest event of the Olympic cycle.

The crew sails to Sorong in Papua, Indonesia. We catch a spanish mackeral, only to have it eaten by a shark while we're getting it on board. Hurricane Nina leaves Delos to fly home, but we are joined by Phoebe, Josje's sister! Unfortunately we get boarded and robbed by pirates in the middle of the night.
