ENGLISH - We arrived in Cuba from the Bahamas on May 11, 2017. We were taken to Puerto Vita by the Lord, who has sent Eastward winds which prevented us from going to the Southeast city of Santiago de Cuba - where we initially wanted to start our mission. Puerto Vita is in a sort of rural area. There is not much going on there. A small "pueblo" of about 600 people. There is only one working church there, the one we connected with - "Iglesia Evangelica Pentecostal" which has about 55 members. God blessed us with a stay of 43 days in Cuba. During these days we had the opportunity to learn about their culture and live it as much as we could. Our idea is to develop consistent and true relationships with Cubans, love them and serve them as we love and serve the Lord Jesus. Being there for that long allowed us to better understand their needs and gave us a new purpose. It's really not as difficult as people seem to think. I spend most of the day with my dog anyways, especially if it's warm out in the middle of the day. If I have to leave him inside the van I cover the front seats so he can't climb up and stare out the window and bark. I cover all the windows with reflectix panels I made for insulation, I turn my fantastic sucking air out on max (replaces all the air in the van every 90 seconds). I crack one window in a shaddy lower part of the van to create a consistent airflow. Other than that the fiberglass roof and insulation do a fantastic job of keeping the heat out. In colder climates I set the furnace on at minimum and close down all the windows same as for heat minus venting. - What happened to the girl? I've spent some quality time homeless, I've struggled financially most of my life, and although I'm blessed with great friends and family as well as being able bodied white and male, I don't subscribe to the belief that you need someone footing your bills in order to travel the world. You need to sacrifice comfort, consistency, safety, time with family, and often your career but it is possible. - Why don't you have 10x more subscribers? My channel isn't that old, many of the bigger channels you can compare mine to started putting out videos a couple years before I began. I could always use your help sharring my videos, spreading the word, and connecting with cross promotional opportunities. Editing and travelling tend to take up all my time.

After the crossing from Sardinia we arrive at a couple of beautiful islands 50 miles west of Napoli. As we are in Salerno for maintenance, I am able to catch up a bit before we continu towards Sicily and Greece.

Mas se deixarmos a porta aberta, ventila bem - Há bastante área técnica pra guardar defensas, cabos, sacos de lixo, etc [não mostrei no vídeo] na caixa de popa a bombordo. - O visor do consumo de combustível está pessimamente localizado dentro da cabine de popa (é aquela barra vertical na parede da cama) - Pelo vídeo percebemos que a mesa que vira cama não é a maior maravilha do mundo, funciona médio e, segundo o Ektor, não costuma ser usada. Talvez fosse melhor mesa ou melhor cama se não tentasse ser os dois. Mas ainda assim a mesa é confortável. - O espaço externo é bem resolvido, e a plataforma é bastante boa O veleiro é um dos barcos disponíveis para aluguel pra charter na Wind Charter, na Marina do Engenho, Paraty - RJ Obrigada Ektor, por essa voltinha!
