I wonder if this is the first time anyone has been paddle boarding inside the blue hole at Hoffman's Cay? By the way, I didn't intend for the video to become a full-fledged music video, it just kinda happened. Matching footage to music really burns up the video in a hurry - that's why it's so short. Anyways, I hope you enjoy the final product even though it's quite a bit different. It was a bit of a pain hauling the paddleboard through the narrow trail leading from the beach to the cliff, but I'm glad we did it. It was so much fun cruising around the calm, warm water on the paddleboard. We saw several sea turtles. How did they even get in there? Tambi also made a big splash by jumping off the cliff into the water. She was really nervous about it, but once her feet left the edge there was just no turning back. She's glad she jumped, but once was enough for her. Afterwards, we have a bit of fun playing monkey in the middle with our friends Will and Rose. Thanks for watching!! The launch of the new accessible Dazcat 1295 XL, ‘Mangata 5’ has us all agreed – she’s an absolute stunner and our brief test sail laid down the promise of some super sailing to come. She was certainly romping along beautifully in the light winds. Mangata 5 was commissioned by a family with three young children, one of whom has Rett Syndrome. They have found that the children enjoy being on the water and wanted a boat that the whole family could experience together, so they came to Dazcat for an accessible family cruiser. They liked the 1295 but needed a little extra room and some special features and so the XL was created. Mangata 5 has been in build for just over a year, hand crafted from start to finish and in close consultation with her owners throughout the process. The children have been watching Dazcat videos and learning some essential vocabulary since build began! We can’t wait to see the family getting the pleasure they deserve from this latest addition to the Dazcat clan. The video below brings you just a taster of Mangata sailing and some views of her gorgeous lines. We have plenty of test sailing planned, hopefully with some sunshine and breeze, so will be bringing you lots of footage and interior shots in the coming weeks. I will fix it up, run it on nothing but green electric power, and sail off into the sunset. I make my income almost entirely by creating content for YouTube, but it's a tight budget. Ad revenue, business sponsors, affiliate links, Patreon, Paypal donations, and merchandise sales bring in about as much as a part-time job, and I'm able to make that work. When it isn't enough, I go back to regular work such as photography, videography or construction, but that takes the focus away from my own projects. - How does your dog fit into this lifestyle? It's really not as difficult as people seem to think. I spend most of the day with Champ anyways, since we enjoy similar things, like eating food and being outdoors. I let the constraint of bringing my dog with me help me make decisions about where I go and what I do, so I avoid places that ban dogs, and therefore spend more time in nature instead of in cities. - How do you make it work as a digital nomad? My electrical power set-up allows charging my camera and laptop to film and edit almost daily. For Internet access quick and reliable enough to upload my episodes a few at a time, I use coffee shops and libraries. I also use a data package on my phone (10GB), a WiFi antenna, and a WiFi booster.

This is the short story how we scanned the market and finally found ourselves a suitable sailing yacht - a Dufour 385 Grand Large model year 2006. We found her in Lavrion Greece - just the perfect spot for us to start our sailing odyssey towards Peloponnese in 2019.

In this episode we prepare our sailing yacht ZOLIO and make some improvements while waiting for the DEKPA. Don't miss the test of the dinghy!
