Yoga on a Sailboat. At age 58, I was shocked by how my body was changing, and flexibility, which equals mobility, was at the forefront. Here is an easy yoga pose to help open your chest, relieve shoulder and upper back pain, and get that motion lotion rolling.  Two minutes a day is all it takes. Make sure to do BOTH sides. I had a front row seat to our bus driver´s aggressive driving and passing. Watch this multiple-truck pass. He goes for 4 trucks, but only makes it past 3 trucks before he has to suddenly cut back into the convoy. Yes, this is a two lane road, one lane in each direction. Don´t be confused by the dotted WHITE line - that´s Latin America.
