Yoga on a Sailboat. At age 58, I was shocked by how my body was changing, and flexibility, which equals mobility, was at the forefront. Here is an easy yoga pose to help open your chest, relieve shoulder and upper back pain, and get that motion lotion rolling.  Two minutes a day is all it takes. Make sure to do BOTH sides. A MUST VISIT One of Tito's abandoned former summer residences in former Yugoslavia. Well hidden in the forested hills to the north-west of Croatia's top tourist draw, the Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is just 2 miles (3 km) away. Not easy to find without a guide, unless you know exactly where to go; abandoned and free. Now a crumbling ruin, heavily vandalised and looted it still has plenty of beauty-in-decay appeal! Highly atmospheric and definitely worth the detour and effort to visit. If you're with a guide, ask about the tunnel! ON LOCATION - Tito's Villa Izvor, Plitvice, Croatia
