This is known as "tuning out," a common trauma response that many people experience. Here’s what you need to know ✨What It Is: Tuning out is a protective mechanism wherein the mind detaches itself from overwhelming emotions or stressful situations. It's like hitting the pause button and allowing you to escape reality when the feelings are too much to bear. 🔍 Why This Happens: The human brain seeks refuge and security when confronted with the memory of trauma or fear. Tuning out is, in effect, a means of protection against an undesirable memory or sensation that develops a temporary safe haven. 🛑 Signs You May Be Tuning Out: 1. You catch yourself daydreaming or staring off into space during conversations. 2. It would almost seem that you saw life, only you're unable to become a part of it. 3. Time slips away and you can hardly remember what happened within the day. ❣️ Remember: Healing is a journey, and it is okay to ask for support along the way. In acknowledging your responses to your trauma, you are brave enough to work toward your recovery.  You are not alone; support is always available to walk you on your journey toward wholeness. Iniziamo con le call. Oggi non ingrana. Ogni momento di pausa è dedicato alle commissioni: - Trovare centro assistenza Raymarine per inviare un pezzo ad aggiustare - fare la spesa - trovare e acquistare tutti i prodotti specifici per i lavori su Julia. Per esempio il primer, che lo abbiamo voluto al clorocaucciù. Che poi, come la chiedi in inglese o in francese una vernice al CLOROCAUCCIÙ? Clorocaucciù ragazzi, sfido chiunque a improvvisare un taboo in una lingua diversa dalla vostra con un commesso visibilmente confuso. Non vi consiglio nemmeno l’esperienza dei traduttori online 😂 insomma, siamo quasi arrivati ai mimi. 😂 Comunque le protagoniste assolute della giornata sono state le zanzare. Sono ovunque. In cabina, in bagno, dentro ai gavoni chiusi (ma come ci sono arrivate?!), dentro agli scarichi del pavimento del bagno, sopra il cuscino, in mezzo alla cucina. Ci credete? Ovunque. Se entri in cabina e chiudi la porta puoi sentire distintamente un ronzio simile alla vibrazione di un telefono. Un disastro! Vi lascio immaginare di notte. La ricerca più importante di oggi perciò è stata quella dei prodotti ammazza-zanzare. Tra zampironi e autan siamo quasi ciechi e intossicati, ma di zanzare neanche l’ombra 😂 Per concludere la giornata,’intorno alle 18:30 abbiamo iniziato a carteggiare l’opera viva. Domani finiremo e se riusciamo inizieremo a dare una mano di primer. Ci leggiamo domani! C. Ps: Voi raccontateci quanto è piacevole svegliarsi con una zanzara che ti ronza nell’orecchio 😂
