Acorn to Arabella - Journey of a Wooden Boat - Episode 112: Back to Oak and Other Odd Jobs

In this episode we hit the lowest point yet on the build and remove the cedar planks we worked so hard to install onto Arabella. The oak pile got sorted and inventoried to see if we even have enough oak to plank Arabella with it. The replacement planks are found in the oak stores and are cut from the big slabs of timber. While sorting and plank making we find one oak board that was a little sick. Finally we take a day off from the planking battle and focus on a couple of smaller tasks that could use doing including fixing/modifying some camera gear. It was great to feel a small sense of accomplishment after all the recent set-backs. Thanks for following along!
