Here's a weeks worth of groceries for us as a plant based couple. We live in hawaii and grocery prices are pretty high. Our budget is currently $140/week, but will probably be going up to $150/week. I slid the last full frame into place to fast, squishing some bees, which I feel bad about. I think it would've been better if I did not remove an empty frame, and put the last full frame in vertically, however inconvenient. The spray bottle was sugar water, to calm them.
