City Sailing Scotlands Gems - Pucks Glen This video is about Pucks Glen tucked away up the valley behind the Holy Loch and just before Benmore Gardens. This is a 2-hour walk but give yourself more time to be amazed by the beauty and wonder and close your eves to see the pucks of fairies that live here from before the path was made in Victorian times. If you want a shorter walk, carry on from the car park past the holiday homes and turn right up the river to be amazed by the river, waterfalls and prehistoric valley, you would not be surprised to see a dinosaur around the next corner. The paths are clearly shown on the map at the car park you can go right to the top but it can get muddy and have long bracken in the summer. We walk up the steep path from the car park through the woods and descend the waterfall path, it is a lovely two hours. If you have little people there are steep drops and slippery surfaces. In the winter with a good frost, you will be rewarded with ice walls and frozen waterfalls. Enjoy and remember to only take photographs and leave footprints, take all your rubbish home to leave this as a perfect spot. Paul www.citysailing.com

This is a one owner boat bought new at Little River Boatworld in 1991! She has been lovingly cared for and is now ready for another family to take the reins! The Mercruiser 350 Magnum/alpha 1 power package has had a lot of recent work done to it including: new bellows, gimbal bearing, impeller, oils, cap and rotor, and more! There's a USB/bluetooth stereo and new fishfinder in there as well as full camper canvas! The engine has low hours. The trailer is a 2011 with brakes and a swing tongue. Mas, a partir do sétimo mês de idade notei que o macho (o THOR) era muito apegado comigo. Então comecei a leva-lo diariamente nas minhas caminhadas. Criou-se, entre nós, uma amizade muito bonita e elogiada por pessoas amantes dos pets. Com o tempo, de forma natural e impeceptível, o cão passou a me obedecer em muita coisa, Inclisive não atravessandoa rua sem minha ordem. No mês que completei 66 anos, e o Thor 2,5 anos, por insistênica de amigos e principalmente da minha filha, comprei minha primeira bicicleta da vida. Quando fui pedalar a primeira vez meu corção partiu ao deixar meu amigo. Tentei coloco-lo no guidão, mas ele é grande e eu muito barbeiro. Então encostei a bike e não andei enquanto não comprei um reboque para puxá-lo. I've built some temporary companionway steps while half term boat refitting is delayed by Storm Eunice (over 60mph was forecast for Beaumaris). But will they fit in our little Nissan Leaf? Hopefully this will provide easy access so that we can take our time to refurbish the original ones, fit the French Cleats to support them and properly prepare the bulkhead that they fit to. We are going to try producing short daily vlogs of our progress during this half term (although it might not be lots as another storm seems to be forecast for Sunday/Monday . All the rigging is being replaced with Dyneema and we are significantly re-working the cabins. Puerto Plata ‘Gran desfile carnaval’ was on again after 2 years on hold due to the Covid 19 restrictions. Over 58 towns joined from all over the country to meet on the North Shore city of Puerto Plata. The ‘comparsas’ representing the cities from all Rep Dom provinces came: from Barahona, Bonao, or famous La Vega. Dozens more joined the parade on the Malecon, the large seafront avenue leading to the Ancient Fort. . Ages of the participants most likely 5-75 years old. Kids playing devils under heavy costumes are truly to be celebrated. Dancers joined as well and some true gymnasts for the show. You’ll notice the one climbing up a pole at an impressive height. . Enjoy the bold spirit of Latin America carnaval : irreverent and playful! The music and wipes of the devils were deafening and kicked a few directly on their softer parts ! . Spot the Tainos (indigeneous tribes) and Spanish colons inspired comparsas, the pagan devils with their wipes, contemporary political satire.

Hole in the hull was inside a steel water tank that was welded to the hull. I removed it for exactly this reason. I have some fibreglass ones to install instead.
