More upgrades for my 1987 Precision 16 (hull #296) project boat's old trailer. This time it's new wheel fenders, a trailer winch, and an improved mast crutch. The Precision 16 is a lightweight Stephen Seaton-designed un-ballasted centerboard sailing dinghy with a planing hull manufactured from 1982 until the mid 90s.
