Unser Segelboot Squib, ein Catalac 9M, ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Verkleidung hängt teilweise von der Decke, die Farbe blättert ab, die Elektrik auf dem Stand des vorigen Jahrtausends,..... Ein Refit steht an. Doch Broterwerb und Verpflichtungen lassen es nicht zu, monatelang in Griechenland am Boot zu arbeiten. Da wird schon 2018 die Idee geboren Squib nach Wien zu bringen, wo man jederzeit Zugang hat, der Einkauf von Material in der Muttersprache abgewickelt werden kann und alles Andere seinen gewohnten Verlauf nimmt. 2021 war es dann endlich soweit, mit zwei komplett überholten Motoren und einem neuen Geräteträger starteten wir Anfang Juli Richtung Südfrankreich.Leider hatten wir für die gesamte Reise nur zwei Monate Zeit, deswegen hieß es die meiste Zeit Strecke machen. Doch manchmal nahmen wir uns die Zeit zu verweilen, uns Orte näher anzuschauen. Seitdem lag Squib in der Wiener Kuchelau, und der Refit hatte begonnen. Am 17 August 2025 ist es wieder so weit. Obwohl Squib noch nicht ganz fertig ist, werfen wir die Leinen los und starten unsere erste Etappe donauabwärts. Dreieinhalb Wochen später erreichen wir das Donaudelta, der Mast wird gestellt, ein passendes Wetterfenster abgewartet, in zwei Sclägen überqueren wir das Schwarze Meer bis zum Bosporus. Ohne Einzuklarieren mit gehisster Q Flagge durchqueren wir die Türkei und erreichen 5 Tage später die Ägäis. Über Limnos und die nördlichen Sporaden segeln wir bis in den Großraum Athen, von wo aus Sabina nach Hause fliegt, weil ihr Urlaub zu Ende ist. La 7e édition de l’ENGIE KITE TOUR, Coupe de France FFVL (Fédération Française de Vol Libre) de Kitesurf Speed Crossing, a lieu du 9 juin au 22 octobre 2017 autour de 4 étapes clés sur les plages du littoral français. Cette compétition, soutenue par le Groupe ENGIE depuis 2010, est devenue incontournable et très attendue par l’ensemble de la communauté des kitesurfers avec en moyenne 80 riders inscrits, en provenance de toute la France. AXEL MAZELLA ET LOUISE DELORME, IMPERIAUX! Le vent soufflant du Sud-Est entre 10 et 12 nœuds a permis aux riders de valider 8 manches. Ils ont évolué sur un parcours en forme de «v» balisé par des bouées. We took delivery of our 2015 Leopard48 Catamaran in Fort Lauderdale, FL and sailed her home to Charleston, SC in June 2018. Our "delivery" voyage consisted of some Boatyard Blues, Six Drawbridge Openings in Florida, Leaking escape hatches, Cape Canaveral rocket launch, Tuna catch, Beam reach sailing, Broad reach sailing and everything in between. Our final destination, home port, Bohicket Marina, located right in the middle of Seabrook and Kiawah Islands, where we settled in for a long summer's stay. Στο πιο συμβολικό κτίριο της Σύγχρονης Ελλάδας οι πρωταγωνιστές του Yachting έδωσαν ισχυρό παρών. Σε μια σημαντική εκδήλωση, μοναδική στο είδος, παρουσία στελεχών από την πολιτική και επιχειρηματική σκηνή της χώρας, οι τιμητικές βραβεύσεις αποτέλεσαν ειδική μνεία στις εταιρείες και τις προσωπικότητες που συμβάλλουν με τη δραστηριότητά τους στην εξέλιξη και ανάπτυξη του Θαλάσσιου Τουρισμού, στην αγορά του Σκάφους Αναψυχής και στην οικονομία της χώρας. Ένας ελάχιστος φόρος τιμής στους ανθρώπους που για δεκαετίες αποτελούν τους μεγαλύτερους πρεσβευτές της χώρας στο εξωτερικό, στη νέα γενιά επιχειρηματιών που συνεχίζει με όραμα και φρέσκιες ιδέες. Από την εκδήλωση δεν μπορούσε να λείπει ένα δείγμα υψηλής ναυπηγικής δεξιοτεχνίας. Ετσι στα Προπύλαια του Ζαππείου στολίστηκαν από το ιταλικό Riva Aquariva Cento που φρόντισε η Ekka Yachts ως Χρυσός χορηγός. Το σκάφος, συνώνυμο της φινέτσας πλαισιώθηκε από το μέλλον της αυτοκίνητης το ηλεκτρικό Mercedes EQC. Όλα τα φώτα της δημοσιότητας έλαμψαν και φώτισαν μια σπουδαία και πολυεπίπεδη βιομηχανία, όπως αυτή του Σκάφους Αναψυχής και του Θαλάσσιου Τουρισμού. Μια βιομηχανία που τροφοδοτεί πολλές και διαφορετικές αγορές. Μια γόνιμη πλατφόρμα προβολής της χώρας μας σε όλο τον κόσμο. Παρών, στηρίζοντας την εκδήλωση και αναγνωρίζοντας την υπεραξία του χώρου του Yachting για την οικονομία και τον τουρισμό της χώρας μας, ήταν και ο Υπουργός Ναυτιλίας και Νησιωτικής Πολιτικής κ. Γιάννης Πλακιωτάκης ο οποίος ανακοίνωσε ότι στην επόμενη χρονιά ο χώρος του θαλάσσιου τουρισμού θα έχει μια πολύ διαφορετική εικόνα «H Ελλάδα με τις μαγευτικές της θάλασσες και την πολυνησία της θεωρείτε η «Μέκκα» του θαλάσσιου τουρισμού και αυτός θα πρέπει να είναι ο στόχος μας την επόμενη χρονιά. Από την επόμενη χρονιά η Ελλάδα να καταστεί το κέντρο του παγκοσμίου yachting. Για έναν τομέα ο οποίος συμβάλλει αποφασιστικά στην παραγωγή πλούτου της πατρίδας μας και μπορεί να συμβάλλει ακόμα περισσότερο. Χρειάζεται όμως η μείωση της γραφειοκρατίας η απλοποίηση των διαδικασιών αλλά και αλλαγή νοοτροπίας και απενοχοποίησης του κλάδου. Εμείς σαν Υπουργείο ναυτιλίας προωθούμε ένα απλό νομοθετικό πλαίσιο. Ανοιχτές θάλασσες για όλους, σύμφωνα όμως με το ελληνικό και κοινωνικό κεκτημένο. Συνεργασία με τα συναρμόδια υπουργεία. Τουρισμού και Οικονομικών. Εκσυγχρονισμό του μητρώου πλοίων και φυσικά χρειαζόμαστε περισσότερες μαρίνες. Κάτι ακόμα που χρειαζόμαστε είναι ποιοτικά εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό άρα ποιοτική αναβάθμιση στις ναυτικές μας ακαδημίες. Χρειαζόμαστε έναν νέο κύκλο σπουδών που να παράγει εξειδικευμένα στελέχη για το χώρο του yachting. Στον χώρο του Θαλασσίου Τουρισμού την επόμενη χρονιά θα τα αλλάξουμε όλα». Μετά το τέλος της εκδήλωσης οι καλεσμένοι απήλαυσαν τις εκλεπτυσμένες δημιουργίες του Catering Begnis και τα μοναδικά cocktails και τις υψηλών προδιαγραφών υπηρεσίες από την εταιρεία bartender.gr Τα Honorary Yachting Awards τελούν υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Ναυτιλίας και Νησιωτικής πολιτικής. Traditional Spanish gazpacho is easy to make, super healthy, and delicious! Today I share with you a family recipe from our Spanish friend Theresa. She’s from Andalusia so it is Gazpacho Andaluz. The basic recipe included some bread, but this variant has no bread so it will be a healthy and diet variation with one special ingredient. Find it in the video… The ultimate refresher, deliciously easy Gazpacho Recipe is made with garden fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Learn all about how to make this healthy and traditional Gazpacho Andaluz (Chilled Spanish Tomato Soup) and enjoy it all summer long. You can keep Gazpacho in the fridge for a few days, but I bet you’ll finish it before then. It’s usually served as an appetizer or even a drink, but it also can be eaten from a bowl with delicious toppings. Gazpacho Soup Toppings Toppings are always optional, but also super fun and easy way to add extra flavors. 1. Fresh herbs. Basil, chives, mint are the best, but any will do. 2. Leftover chopped vegetables. This is the most common and a great way to use up any leftover vegetable scraps. 3. Croutons. 4. Olive oil and fresh-cracked black pepper. 5. Sliced ham 6. Boiled egg I’ve been a huge fan of this refreshing, chilled, Spanish tomato soup for years.  it is so unbelievably rich and delicious, especially during the hot summer months. During the winter months, a warm version of Gazpacho is also made. There is also a thicker soup similar to Gazpacho, known as Porra especially in Antequera Various parts of Spain are proud to have their own spin on the classic as well. Gazpacho Variations There are countless variations of gazpacho made today. Ranging from thick to watery, sweet to savory, few rules apply when making gazpacho these days. That said, there are a few well-known versions, with the most popular and widespread being this classic gazpacho Andaluz recipe. * Ajoblanco (white garlic) – Spanish cold soup popular in Granada and Málaga. This soup is made with bread, crushed almonds, garlic, water, olive oil, salt, and sometimes vinegar. * Salmorejo – originating in Cordoba, Spain, this variation of gazpacho is a thick purée made from tomato, bread, oil, and garlic. Often served topped with diced Spanish serrano ham or hard-boiled eggs. A little bit from history. What is Gazpacho? Gazpacho is a cold, raw, blended soup that originated in the southern region of Andalusia in Spain. The exact origin of gazpacho is hotly debated, however, it is believed that it originated as a soup made with stale bread, olive oil, water, vinegar, and garlic and came to Spain and Portugal with the Romans. On the other hand, some firmly believe that this dish came to Spain with the Moors, who occupied the Iberian Peninsula from the 8th to the 12th centuries. Additionally, the word gazpacho comes from the Arabic word for “soaked bread”. As Andalusia was a large farming region of Spain, it was common for farmers and field workers to combine their bread ration with any additional oil, garlic, and vegetables in a mortar and add additional water until an easily digestible, and refreshing soup formed.
