Les IMOCA étaient présents du 05 au 08 mai 2018 pour participer à plusieurs dans la baie de Douarnenez. Le 9 mai, ils ont pu prendre le départ de la Bermudes 1000 race en direction de Cascaïs au portugal. A l'issu de cette course, Manu est arrivé 4ème en solitaire et s'est qualifié pour la prochaine Route du Rhum en novembre prochain.

Dernières lignes droites pour revenir à la case "départ" en Alsace. Le voilier SMART est sanglé sur sa remorque, nous prenons notre temps sur la route du retour par les nationales françaises. Avec comme à chaque fois, une halte sur un camping ayant un accès adapté à la taille du convoi.

Le séjour scientifique touche à sa fin, nous devons remercier toute l'équipe des Baleines Rand'Eau qui a été géniale. Depois de reiterar por muitos anos que nunca teria um animal na minha casa, uma cadela pariu na porta da minha residência e fui "obrigado" a cuidar da mãe e de dois filhores. Não gostava desse bicho. Mas, a partir do sétimo mês de idade notei que o macho (o THOR) era muito apegado comigo. Então comecei a leva-lo diariamente nas minhas caminhadas. Criou-se, entre nós, uma amizade muito bonita e elogiada por pessoas amantes dos pets. Com o tempo, de forma natural e impeceptível, o cão passou a me obedecer em muita coisa, Inclisive não atravessandoa rua sem minha ordem. No mês que completei 66 anos, e o Thor 2,5 anos, por insistênica de amigos e principalmente da minha filha, comprei minha primeira bicicleta da vida. Quando fui pedalar a primeira vez meu corção partiu ao deixar meu amigo. Tentei coloco-lo no guidão, mas ele é grande e eu muito barbeiro. Então encostei a bike e não andei enquanto não comprei um reboque para puxá-lo. Como sou aventureiro por natureza, resolvi criar um desafio: sair de Morrinhos, GO, e chegar até Paraty, RJ, onde mora minha filha. Die Segel-Bundesliga ist am Wochenende endlich wieder zu Gast in der Hauptstadt des deutschen Segelsports, Kiel.Sailing.City. Nach dem Act der Segel-Bundesliga auf der Außenalster, dem ersten Aufeinandertreffen der europäischen Spitzenclubs im Rahmen der SAILING Champions League und den Regatten der Kieler Woche, an denen zahlreiche Bundesligaseglerinnen und Segler teilnahmen, ist endlich wieder Zeit für Liga-Segeln vom Feinsten auf der Kieler Innenförde. „Die Innenförde bietet wie kaum ein anderes Segelrevier in Deutschland bestes Stadionsegeln vor vielen segelbegeisterten Zuschauern“, sagt Oliver Schwall, Organisator der Segel-Bundesliga. „Von hier aus werden wir die einzelnen Rennen live im Liga-TV von der natürlichen Tribüne aus in der Innenförde übertragen, so dass auch die Fans in den vielen Vereinen bundesweit live mitfiebern können.“ Uwe Wanger, Geschäftsführer der Kiel-Marketing, ergänzt: „Kiel.Sailing.City steht seit jeher für spannenden Segelsport zum Anfassen mit Stadion-Atmosphäre.
