With marinas closed to outside vessels due to social distancing measures and health concerns, my destination options have been somewhat limited. However, there is a perfect cove southwest of Tokyo Bay that provides the opportunity to moor to a buoy and maintain adequate separation from other boats. The course was 1 week long and culminated in certifications in Basic Keelboats, Basic Cruising, and Bareboat Cruising.
