In order to prepare for upcoming lamination we do some tests, we test different mold release methods and also do a test piece using resin infusion method - meaning you lay up all fibers dry and push epoxy through the laminate using vacuum. One advantage of this method is that you don't have to stress about pot life of the epoxy.
