Na visão da Usinando esses preparativos englobam 3 etapas a saber: Qualificação, Inspeção e Certificação, que serão abordados neste vídeo. Essa fase será apresentada em dois vídeos. Op Porto Santo nemen we helaas weer afscheid van ons crewlid Chloé. We verkennen de omgeving en genieten van de euforie van de eerste oceaanoversteek. In de haven treffen diverse zeilers waarmee we met enige regelmaat een gezellige avond hebben. Uiteraard is er onderweg weer van alles stuk gegaan, dus we doen ook de nodig klussen zodat Eva in topconditie blijft. Ze moet ons nog veel verder brengen. We hebben een prima tijd achter ons anker in Porto Santo! Jarenlang heb ik ervan gedroomd om zeilend te gaan waar de wind me brengt. In 2020 was het dan eindelijk zover en heb ik samen met Felia een prachtige reis gemaakt naar Scandinavië en de Baltische staten. Onze Eva, een Atlantic 43 uit 2007, is een aluminium zeiljacht met hefkiel en gebouwd en uitgerust voor reizen naar plaatsen die net achter de horizon liggen. Vanaf 2021 vaar ik met wisselende bemanning zuidwaarts. Ik vind het leuk om onze avonturen met jullie te delen. Sono isole difficili, non sono circondate da una laguna interna, piove moltissimo (d'altronde non potrebbero essere così rigogliose!), gli ancoraggi sono tantissimi e protetti, ma molto rollanti e le profondità sono elevate. Ma la loro incredibile maestosità fa dimenticare qualsiasi disagio. Qui abbiamo il nostro primo impatto con la cultura Polinesiana, Marchesana per essere precisi, affascinante, crea dipendenza al punto di non esserne mai stanchi. Parliamo poco in questo video, come vedete, e quando parliamo, ci viene spontaneo farlo sottovoce.
