After two days of racing on Tampa Bay, light weather persisted Sunday to close the 2018 Helly Hansen National Offshore One Design Regatta in St. Petersburg with a day ashore. Team Monsoon, led by skipper Bruce Ayres, of Newport Beach, Calif., was named Overall Winner as the top team from the Melges 24 fleet, deemed the weekend’s most competitive class.

The Helly Hansen National Offshore One Design Regatta continued in St. Petersburg on Saturday with light winds and tight competition on Tampa Bay. Exceptional teamwork was the theme among leading skippers in several of the event’s 15 classes.

Fazendo essa separação se torna mais fácil que você invista tempo para demonstrar que aquela tarefa é muito importante (por isso você está ali) e como deve ser executada. Se você é um gerente comercial é sabe que garantir o volume de vendas nos maiores clientes é fundamental, faça questão de participar das maiores negociações e demostre como deve ser feito. Um líder que faz esse corpo a corpo com seu time, mesmo que não ganhe todas as batalhas, será sempre considerado um bom líder.
