XXXVI Portuguese Junior and AbsolutE Championship 2025
The XXXVI Portuguese Junior and Absolute Sailing Championship brought together the new generation of Portuguese sailors in Vilamoura for four days of intense racing, team spirit, and unforgettable moments on and off the water. With over 200 athletes, 167 boats, and 25 coaches, the competition featured eight classes – Wing Foil, iQFoil, ILCA 7, ILCA 6, ILCA 4, Hansa 303, 420, and 29er – showcasing the diversity and talent of national sailing. This edition also marked a historic milestone: for the first time, Portuguese crews competed in the 29er class, a significant step in the growth of youth sailing in Portugal.
