2016 Tour de France à la Voile ended today in Nice with a last day of stadium racing. The 24 teams were divided in three groups based on last night overall rankings to sail three Finals : Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In light wind conditions, the 18 boats of group Silver and Bronze sailed two races, countring double points for final ranking. Then at 3.30pm, the six top Diam24 sailed on single Gold Final. Each day, several boats will be equipped with on-board devices for sound and image link-ups. In this way the media and spectators will be plunged into the thick of the action out on the racetrack. Since 1978, thousands of sailors have discovered the French coast, got pushed back by the Channel currents, asked their position to Brittany's fishermen and heeled under the Mistral wind. I had a great dive with Cape Fur Seals. Operated by Shark Explorers It was a great experience! Just staying at a spot and the curious seals will come to have a look and play. Footage straight from the camera, I just cutted some scenes to make this video.
