In this episode we travel further south, to the Big Basin Redwood Tree State Park. It is astonishing how tall and big the trees are, absolutely incredible. We did our best to put this on film, but the trees overgrown us. We had a wonderfull time in the forest. In summer it is a great place to cool down. The kids had a lot of fun playing around these giants. We are thankful to nature to show us these wonders. We left the forest and drove to Oceano Dunes where we had a great afternoon driving the car into the sand. Sometimes it was a little exiting, we were lucky and did not get stuck in this huge place. It was a fantastic day. We go over how to install a distributor coil on our jeep. The ignition coil is responsible for sparkage making the booms that come from the tailpipe. The reason we thought it was the coil is that our tailpipe booms were sputtering and performance sucked at times. Another reason we picked this place to start is the Ignition Coil is so easy to replace. Symptoms of a Bad or Failing Ignition Coil, if you are looking for the flux capacitor we talked out, check with the doc. 1. Engine misfires, rough idle, and loss of power Common symptoms associated with a failing distributor coil are engine performance issues. This will cause sputtering, loss of power, misfires, and rich conditions reported to the O2 sensor. See that video where we replaced the O2 sensor. https://youtu.be/a1y-81EPXe4 2. Check Engine Light comes on We had our code, and for our jeep, it was vague saying that it could be the O2 sensor or up. We are in Florida so a check engine light does not mean we fail registration, but for all yall in emission required places, this is bad. The car is not starting Now for all yall with multiple coil ignition, a coil failure you can still limp home. Our Jeep only has one coil so if it completely fails, we are walking. The penultimate day of the GC32 Riva Cup, the opening event of the 2022 GC32 Racing Tour was a long one with an 0600 alarm for an 0800 start to make the most of Garda’s Pelèr wind. Two races were held before the northerly dissolved and the fleet was sent ashore to await the Ora to establish. This it did and at 1300 racing resumed in a highly variable southerly, occasionally gusting into the 20s and shifting up to 30°. Tomorrow will be the final day of racing with a first warning signal planned for 1200 CEST.

Incredibly, Sébastien Marsset - Navigateur and Fabrice Amedeo have just sailed past Isabelle Joschke - Skipper MACSF and I. They never stopped, and averaged 8 knots of boat speed while slipping past just 10 miles away. Meanwhile Isa and I have been stuck like glue in a completely different wind, sailing only 22miles in the last 8 hours. 😩 It’s frustrating to be stuck, but the race is far from over and there’s plenty of opportunities to catch up in the coming days. 💪 🇫🇷 Sur les cartes météo, la dorsale anticyclonique est un bleu foncé, qui vetu dire une solide d'absence de vent ☀️.
