Mas o que mudou de verdade? Foi só estética, roupa, corte de cabelo e bigode… ou mudou também o jeito de viver, de se enxergar e de envelhecer? Neste episódio, eu parto dessa estranheza para pensar numa coisa bem mais funda: o que significa envelhecer hoje. Aos 46, já convivendo com sinais concretos da idade, eu tento entender se ficar mais velho precisa mesmo ser sinônimo de perda, ou se em muitos casos pode ter mais a ver com reconfiguração, autonomia, maturidade e até liberdade. A ideia aqui não é romantizar a velhice, nem fingir que o tempo não passa. É pensar se talvez envelhecer bem não tenha tanto a ver com parecer jovem por fora, mas com viver intensamente a fase da vida em que a gente está, sem ficar refém da juventude. When you first decent for a dive at the very remote Island in the Banda Sea, Gili Serua, you'll be shocked at the amount of snakes in the water. These snakes can be very intimidating because of their curiosity and how close to the divers they come. Luckily though, they are not aggressive at all and will move along once they have inspected you. The Giant Sponges that can be found along the wall are incredible.
