Scuba Diving in the Banda Sea with Deadly Snakes and Giant Sponges. When you first decent for a dive at the very remote Island in the Banda Sea, Gili Serua, you'll be shocked at the amount of snakes in the water. These snakes can be very intimidating because of their curiosity and how close to the divers they come. Luckily though, they are not aggressive at all and will move along once they have inspected you. The Giant Sponges that can be found along the wall are incredible.
