The northern Red Sea is the resting ground for some of the most historic shipwrecks in the world. This video captures three of them: the Rosalie Moller, Gianis D and the world famous SS Thistlegorm. The SS Thistlegorm was a British steamship that was carrying supplies to British troops in northern Africa. It was bombed by German aircraft and broke in half when she sunk. The stern lies in 105 feet (32 meters) of water. The ship is largely intact except for the actual bomb impact zone. The cargo hold, which you will see in the video, is like swimming into a time capsule. Here you can see Mark II Ben carrier tanks, Bedford trucks, Bren guns, Norton motorcycles and even pairs of Wellington boots if you look carefully. Thanks for watching my video ....

After fleeing St.Lucia we dropped anchor in St.Vincent and the Grenadines where we were lucky enough to have the freedom to swim, sail and kiteboard to our heart's content for four months during the worst of the Corona Virus pandemic!

After dragging anchor andgetting close to the rocks in Platja de Garbet at 2 am we left for the marina in Llança Spain just next door. The anchorage was like a washing machine when the wind blew through the Pyrénées, We managed to escape and pick our moment to leave. The marina was very accomodating and the staff were all friendly so we resupplied and explored Llança for a few days before we head off to continue the passage to Ibiza. Plenty of crab pots and fishing nets everywhere.

Jag vaknar till en underbart stilla morgon, efter en natt på svaj som bjöd på överraskande vindar. Runt båten rör sig sjöfågel, bäver och fiskar som nyper insekter i ytan. Sticker ut på en tur runt ön med flytringen och jagar abborrar som är på hugget. Efter en dag i ringen smakar det gott med smörstekt gös serverad med en kräftstjärt tzatziki och en kall ... RECEPT: Smörstekt gös med kräftstjärt tzatziki 1. Krångla inte till det, det ska vara mysigt på sjön. 2. Fånga en lagom stor gös och filéa. Får du ingen gös? Men ta abborre istället då ... Är inte abborren på hugget; ta en öl i kvällssolen alternativt en champis; är båda slut, drick loranga. 3. Riv gurkan grovt och krama ur . 4. Skala kräftorna och rensa stjärtarna, grovhacka dem. 5. Vänd ner gurka och kräftor i grekisk yoghurt, ihop med vitlök och peppar. 6. Blanda ner den hackade dillen, smaka upp med lite salt. 7. Krydda Gösen med salt och peppar. 8. What happened was seeing the need of others in Cabo Verde (off the west coat of Africa) has me thinking of ways I can help support the missions work there.
