Après avoir quitté Oli en Crète on reprend la mer direction les Cyclades. Léa est toujours à bord avec une grande envie de passer quelques jours aux Cyclades. On doit la déposer sur l'Île de Naxos où elle prendra un avion pour rentrer en France. Naviguant d'île en île, les Cyclades sont un paradis pour les voileux malgrès les vents forts qui y sont souvent présents. Après avoir quitté Léa ont décide d'engager un retour vers la France, la route est longue pour clôturer le tour normalement prévu et on manque de temps et de budget. Sur l'île de Sifnos on rencontre un petit couple qui nous invite à échanger nos histoires de marins autour de quelques verres sur leur voilier ASTREE, on repart le lendemain matin vers notre dernière étape dans les Cyclades : l'île de Milos. Retour sur le continent Grec par le Péloponèse la ville de Githio avant de rejoindre Pylos où nous avions déjà fait étape quelques temps avant. C'est ici que nous laisserons le voilier tout le mois de décembre afin de passer les fêtes de fin d'année auprès de nos familles. Le port est gratuit, bien protégé et un voisin gardera le No Land à l'oeil. On le prépare à passer de belles vacances lui aussi puis on se rend à l'aéroport d'Athènes où la nuit fut plutôt longue... So we go out and sail our boat for the first time. Yes it was only the head sail, but we did it! In very low wind of 2 knots, we got up to 1 knot of speed. We did get 3.5 knots with some gust, but they are so hard to catch on camera. We then go back to fixing things, like our winch that didn't work on our first sail. I can say that this sailboat right now is 5% fun, 95% fixing crap that ain't working right. 🌴 TRANSATLANTIQUE TERMINÉE ! Bienvenue en MARTINIQUE 🎉 | Épisode 12 - Tour du monde en famille en catamaran Après 15 jours de traversée de l’Atlantique, ça y est… On arrive enfin en Martinique 🇲🇶 ! Et quelle arrivée : c’est en plein Carnaval que nous posons le pied à terre. Les couleurs, la musique, l’ambiance… Inoubliable pour toute la famille. Mais les aventures continuent 😅 : une sortie dans des jeux gonflables tourne mal. Résultat ? ➡️ Une attelle au genou pour moi, et une pince à barbecue pour immobiliser le doigt de Mathis (oui oui… bricolage maison 😅). On poursuit avec une belle visite de Sainte-Anne, ses plages, son ambiance créole et un magnifique coucher de soleil 🌅. Puis cap sur Le Marin, où on refait le plein de gasoil et d’eau avant de repartir au mouillage avec notre catamaran. Salut les loulous ⛵⛵ Ce matin, départ en 4x4 à la découverte des merveilles de Boa Vista. La piste nous conduit vers de magnifiques plages bordées d’impressionnantes dunes de sable blanc, où le paysage semble s'étendre à l'infini entre l'océan et le désert. Au fil de la journée, nous explorons d'extraordinaires grottes creusées dans la roche par le temps et les éléments. Ces formations naturelles offrent un spectacle fascinant et témoignent de la puissance de la nature. Notre aventure se poursuit par la visite du plus ancien village de Boa Vista. Ses ruelles, son atmosphère authentique et son histoire nous plongent dans le passé de l'île et nous permettent de mieux comprendre son patrimoine. Je retrouve des amis pour découvrir le musée du naufrage.
