Wir segeln von Antigua nach Barbuda. Bei Ostwind ist es ein herrlicher Segelschlag. Der Anker fällt am Princess Diana Beach auf Barbuda. Es ist für uns einer der schönsten Strände Barbudas. Von dort segeln wir zur Westseite der Insel, wo sich ein kilometerlanger weißer Sandstrand erstreckt. Hier steht auch eine Hotelruine, die vor Jahren durch Wirbelsturm Irma zerstört worden ist. Ich muss erst an zwei wilden Hunden vorbei, bevor ich vorsichtig hineingehen kann und das ganze Ausmaß der Zerstörung sehe. Von hier segeln wir über St. Barth nach St. Martin und bereiten hier den langen Schlag nach Florida vor. Viel Spaß! Mein 1.
