• Come vendere la propria barca - siti internet o rivenditori specializzati? Oggi tutti hanno internet ha portata di mano. Iniziare dai portali mi da più chance Devo ricordare che posso affidare la barca ad un broker certificato e riconosciuto, ma quelli che esercitano professionalmente questo mestiere devono avere il patentino per poterlo fare e lavorano con barche che spesso sono immatricolate. Poi, troverai aziende che fanno il conto/vendita oppure altre che ti acquistano la barca. Normalmente chi fa il conto vendita ti propone un netto o una percentuale sulla vendita. Chi fa questo seriamente/rispettando la legge deve poi dare una garanzia al cliente, per cui non potrà rischiare di perdere denaro. Per te potrebbe essere economicamente meno vantaggioso in termini monetari ma molto più vantaggioso in termini di impegno, siccome non dovrai pensare a nulla. Nel frattempo che la barca è in vendita, ci sono aziende che lavorano al tuo fianco per vendere la barca, assorbendosi i costi di gestione della stessa, ed altre che gestiscono la messa in vendita senza costi, siccome lo spazio/il deposito continui a pagarlo a loro. Ci sono moltissime aziende e professionisti che lavorano in maniera seria, ma purtroppo il mercato è anche colmo di persone che fanno le cose a dir poco in modo approssimativo. Se tutto va bene, nessun problema, ma qualora dovessero arrivare delle complicazioni, i problemi anche per te che vendi potrebbero non essere pochi. Fai attenzione anche a chi affidi la barca. Come fare a riconoscere quelli poco seri? Se la persona di turno che ti trovi davanti, non fa alcuna consulenza, non verifica i prezzi di mercato e pubblica semplicemente foto con il prezzo che a te piacerebbe prendere… normalmente sono le meno sicure. Immagina se tu affidi ad una persona che poi vende la barca ma fa “finta” che sia venduta da te… tu sei corresponsabile senza nemmeno sapere in quali termini è stata venduta e con quali particolari. E se l’acquirente non fosse uno sprovveduto e poi ci fossero dei problemi? Many upgrades were done in late 2018 including the Raymarine Axiom Pro 12 Multifunction Display and Raymarine Quantum 24 mile Radar. Also in late 2018 a new Raymarine VHF w/AIS Receive was installed. In 2019 a new microwave was installed to complement the front and top loading Adler Barbour refrigerator/freezer and Princess three burner LPG cooktop with oven. Seven Caframo fans are located throughout the cabins, three replaced in the past few years. AGM Batteries were new in March of 2019. The forward 16,000 BTU air conditioner was replaced in March of 2020. The aft 7,000 BTU air conditioner continues to perform very efficiently.
