As I said in my previous clip I'm not comfortable using the term 'slum' but I do so for SEs. Anyway, here's a little clip of Trish of Dragon Song, Astrid of Stormdodger and me all dancing with the local kids of Dharavi, the famous slums of Mumbai. Possibly the first man of 40 years old from Essex wearing a rucksack to dance with the local kids of Dharavi. Our thanks to Jim of Dragon Song for these clips.

Es interessierte mich, was für ein Aufwand die erstellung eines derartigen Clips wäre und ob man mit solchen Clips möglicherweise seine Taucherei finanzieren könnte. Im Rahmen der SKS-Ausbildung oder als Bestandteil des dreitägigen Skippertrainings führen wir beispielhaft eine Nachtfahrt durch. Der Törn von Burgstaaken nach Heiligenhafen wird mit der Crew so geplant, vorbereitet und durchgeführt, als würden wir eine komplette Nacht durchfahren. Die Navigation in den unterschiedlichen Fahrwassern verlangt den Teilnehmern tatsächlich einiges ab. Die noch unerfahrene Crew war jedenfalls ganz froh, dass wir nicht auch noch Segel setzen oder reffen mussten.
