This is how we packed our Bromptons for our first flight. Even though we used loads of pipe cladding, a camping mat and two Dimpa bags, the baggage handlers still managed to bend the roller wheels. Fortunately nothing else was damaged so we could ride without issue. For the next trip we used Brompton boxes which protected the bikes perfectly.

On our hunt for a new boat, we've come around a Beneteau 473 in the Caribbean. Benny flew down there to check it out and have it surveyed. We check in with Lisa Blair a few days prior to her departure to find out how her shake down trip form Sydney, NSW to Albany, WA went. Lisa tells us how "Climate Action Now" stood up to 60 knots of wind and a sizeable storm. We find out whats left to complete on her endless task prior to her departure, as she sets off to become the first female to circumnavigate Antartica solo. Lisa will be the second competitor in history to take on the Antarctica Cup Ocean Race (ACOR). Originally based on the Open 50 racing design, Climate Action Now (AKA Funnel-Web) was purpose built to race in the Double Handed Melbourne to Osaka Yacht Race. Lisa Blair began sailing professionally in 2006 after completing a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Visual Arts at university and has since clocked up more than 50 000 nautical miles of ocean sailing. In this video I make 5 dinners that I can keep in a cubby and pull out any night of the week. Each gallon size ziploc bag contains a complete meal. In the process of moving onto a sailboat, we lost a lot of freezer space. I had to come up with another idea to have meals prepped and ready for those busy days when you need a quick put together dinner. We had a nice sun break last night! Shane asked if I wanted to paddle when we got home while he watched the kids at the park- yeah! Tambi really surprised me when she touched a SHARK! Lots of fun. There are so many of them! In fact I didn't realize how large nurse sharks get... many of them are HUGE! Now, here's a little thing that I learned. Nurse sharks can bite you. Initially, I thought they were just like big catfish that ate stuff off the bottom. While this is true, many of the things they eat are, fish and crustaceans, so these sharks do have a mouthful of teeth. While very rare, they have been known to bite people. Of course, I learned all this immediately before jumping in the water with them. We're all happy to report that we were no bit by sharks while swimming amongst them. While on Compass Cay, we also go for a bit of a hike, and check out this cool little place called Hester's Gym. It's a bit run down, and has really been roughed-up from passing hurricanes, but it's still a neat little place to check out. Thanks for watching!!
