WE DID IT! We purchased Pelagic (a 1993 Catana 411 hull#1) the end of January 2019. We have made her safe to take her from the slip! There is still cosmetic type things to fix, but why wait to leave? As Official Supplier to America’s Cup Challenger INEOS Team UK, Harken will supply deck hardware, winches and pedestals, gearboxes, blocks and hydraulic components produced in its factories in the USA and Italy. Six years ago, Remi Lavergne stepped on board Tres Hombres for the first time. Remi was signing on as a Trainee for a three month voyage that would bring him to the Island of Barbados. By the time he arrived, he was feeling more useful on the ship than he had ever felt anywhere on land and his plan to go backpacking suddenly turned into sailing Tres Hombres back across the Ocean and bring her home with her belly full of rum and cacao. Six years later, after more than 45 000 nautical miles at sea, 10 Ocean crossings and many encounters, he is the Captain of the proud ship and a wonderful crew of salty and hungry sailors.

We like to keep a clean and tidy ship and eat well. Normally I do most the cooking but you are also welcome to help. You also take an active part in my youtube story and help with fun ideas and promote the videos on social media. I will cover all cruising and boat related costs. The normal arrangement is that you pay your own travel tickets and share on provisions. You keep your own spending money and thats it. Yes! AST athlete Tom Burton discusses winning his first Laser World Championship in Japan today. Burton finished ahead of fellow Aussie Matt Wearn at the event in Sakaiminato, completing an Australian 1-2.

The beauty of what we do is that a lot of times, we end up in places we didn’t even know existed and that we would have never have gone to otherwise. Like when we ended up sailing among some of the biggest superyachts in the World in Mallorca, between Port d'Andratx and Palma de Mallorca. There, we cross path with Katara, the 15th biggest superyacht in the World, Elandess, a 74 meters superyacht and many other beauties that we wouldn't even know existed. We also randomly end up in Magaluf near Palma, where the contrast with the super yachts is striking. We leave the bay and escape the tourist craziness to find refuge in Colonia de Sant Jordi, where we are met with crystal clear blue water and amazing landscapes. I was clueless about Mallorca, and even though I knew that super yachts and enormous charter holidays hotels exist, I had no idea that those cohabit a few hundred meters from each other. We really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca, and especially in Port d’Andratx. Ahoy Friends, This week we finish up the installation of the Whale Gusher Foot Pump we started on last weeks episode. I replaced all of the hose between the water tank and the pump and then on to the faucet. I used Shields 1/2 reenforced PVC tubing that is made for potable water and pressurized systems. I don't think my system is pressurized since I only have a foot pump but it hurt to have the highest quality tubing you can afford. This video is a bit shorter but I just couldn't fit it all into one video. Thanks to our Patrons for your continued support! We are selling our boat. On this Episode we do our last sail and dive in the so many beautiful islands of BVI. Starting in the INDIANS and going to Peter Island than Soggy Dollar.
